Wonderful resort i guess the only issue we had is that we booked online for a room with a king size bed water view room and we got a room with 3 double beds but no water view.

The property is one of the best that we seen overall . There are things that could be improved and we had to ask a couple of times for our room to be cleaned or fresh towels but once asked it was done . Staff overall friendly and helpful . Entertainment every night . Food was good .

The amenities needed maintenance in our room, the food was average for the price and if it wasn’t for how amazing the staff were I’d give a lower rating. My room was double booked and we fortunately got an upgrade to a villa. Unfortunately that didn’t happen for family who were there with us. They had to find alternative accommodation elsewhere. The idea that could’ve happened to us really highlights their poor booking system.

We had a great stay! The staff was welcoming, the room was clean, and the ocean view was beautiful. Breakfast, especially the omelette station, was better than other hotels in the area. The only issue was poolside service. A few requests were missed, and one server was dismissive about a missing food item and insisted we didn’t order it instead of helping fix it. Luckily, another staff member helped resolve it. Overall, the team was friendly and helpful, and we’d definitely stay here again!

I Love everything about this hotel. We had a two bedroom apartment with a view of the ocean. People were very friendly and helpful. And the traditional dance show with fire dances was excellent.

The pool was amazing. The staff and food excellent. Night time entertainment good .

Great staff! Amazing food

My friend and I loved our stay at this resort, the best part was the amazing staff and relaxed feel of the place. My only criticism would be that there needs to be more umbrella's or shading around the main pool and not just the family pool. Would love to stay again.

Staff very friendly, and check in team were welcoming

A great place to stay in Apia, with plenty of on-site activities and surprisingly affordable food and drink prices compared to other spots. The service was excellent. While the accommodation was comfortable, it’s a bit dated and not as polished as the photos suggest—it could use a bit more upkeep. Still, it’s a solid option overall. Lots of places to walk and short distance via car.

Needs to pay attention to the conditions of their towels. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable!

A perfect spot with everything that you need yet close enough to go exploring. Staff and team at the resort or very lovely and accommodating. Will definitely try and return with our kids. We even saw a sea turtle snorkeling at the resort!

Always pleasant.

First of all, we really enjoyed staying at Taumeasina Resort, and hope to return in the future. We were very impressed by the clever layout of the modern room, the comfort, the nice views and strong air-conditioning control. The included breakfasts were excellent. There is very good snorkeling just off the resorts beach - one highlight was coming across a sea turtle during one snorkeling trip. The airport transfers were also well run and made the holiday that much easier. A number of staff stood out to us - Dani and Shaun from the Activities Team (helpful advice, welcoming, and flax weaving skills), and also the kind and caring Faanati from Housekeeping. Some small negatives. The buffet dinners were mixed quality, and the bar did not work that well when we tried to visit it (slow to order, hard to pay afterwards). While the cleaning staff always left the room _very_ clean, sometimes a range of towels/bathmats/hand towels/face clothes would disappear and not be replaced. Although this was quickly fixed with a phone call each time. Have recommended Taumeasina to friends, would like to return for another relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Amazing stay. Spotless rooms, very tasty food that were cheaper than Apia restaurants, beautiful beach, lagoon, coral reef with tons of beautiful fish literally 20m from the shore. Super fun activities team, great bar with 6-8 happy hour every day. Pretty close to the city to explore around but a very secluded and quiet resort being in its own island. Can’t recommend enough

Enjoyed the rooms and facilities

The resort was beautiful, well set out, well maintained and clean. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived even though it was after the official check in time. We did get a welcome lei and drink of lemon juice which was nice but I was surprised the room wasn’t ready and we weren’t the only guests impacted. The staff were friendly but not always as attentive as what I expected. We didn’t order dessert on night 1 because no one came back to check/ask and on day 2 we ordered drinks which I had to go chase up because they didn’t arrive. I thought they may have offered a discount or free drink due to the inconvenience but they didn’t. We were given no instructions or details about the included breakfast so was unsure how it all worked. The room was clean and comfortable with great views to the ocean. They didn’t give us a new floor towel when they serviced the room but the bathroom was big and spacious. The resort catered well for families but for us it was probably a bit too noisy and busy. We liked the resort but preferred the quieter resort we stayed at earlier in the trip.
