Overall, the stay was okay. The staff were polite and helpful. However, we found cockroaches in the room, which was disappointing and needs improvement.

The resort has a great atmosphere with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Everything felt welcoming, relaxing, and well cared for.

the room itself was great but had to turn off the AC due to bad leak when its on. kitchen kept getting my room service wrong

Loved the beautiful staff that made us feel so welcome and accommodating to all of our needs

Lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble, and all with a smile. Right on the beach and a great pool. Our room had a lovely view of the ocean.

Stayed at Taumeasina a couple times and we always enjoy staying here. The service is always great!

The room we stayed in smelt terrible, like mould and mildew, my allergies were so bad during my stay here I couldn’t stand it. The room does not give a luxury resort feel, the rooms are old and lack character. The amenities feel very cheap and sheets and pillows are old and stained. I had the buffet dinner but did not realise there would be no vegetarian dinner options, when I asked staff if there was anything else he stated what you see is what you get and offered no other solution. In the end I opted to order from the menu instead and he came over and ripped off my band which I thought was very unprofessional. Very disappointed in my stay here. The only enjoyable part of my stay was the wonderful local staff and the breakfast buffet. The entertainment especially during the fiafia night was exceptional. Staff are welcoming and attentive it is just the rooms itself that let it down.

Room in good condition however disappointed at the size of room as it was much smaller than what we are used to. Very little room to move & we had more than one large suitcase so had to store them along the doorway

Perfection

Staff were amazing! Rooms were relaxing and so tidy, the restaurant is impeccable even the breakfast buffet can’t beat it. So many activities worth ever penny! Only hotel close to Apia we will ever stay at.

The outside furniture could do with cushions for your back as well as the poolside furniture and bar.

Can’t fault this place. Service above all has been excellent, entertainment and activities. Thank you for a great week 😊

Staff need to learn how to smile an

The staff,greet you with a smile from cleaning staff to bar to kitchen staff,always greeting with a smile,They actually go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable ,My one complaint is the reception staff i think theres a lack of communication between staff,

Resort is great if you have kids. Meals - don't always think you are going to get what you ordered! Can be pot luck. Drinks - some drinks not available despite being on the menu. Pools - great; there are three options, suitable for all ages Beach - great having direct access to the beach and reefs Activities - great if you have kids to entertain Staff - some great, some not so much - similar to most place

Daily activities are a plus anywhere but what stands out the most is how easy it was to feel included

Services of cleaning not good ,the morning breakfast total changed of the menu not like before a lot choice , the price cost a lot but foods so limited choice. Feel disappointed. They don’t give you free bottles water only when we checking gave two bottles water . Another four days we have buy water by ourselves. On day cost USD $200 plus no free water . The Sunday toonai lunch Apia money $85 buffet was great deal for a lot nice local foods .
