인터넷 빠르고 아침식사 별도 이용시 55,000원으로 퀄리티 대비 비쌈

호텔 무료 셔틀이 없고, 호텔 택시는 40$ 달라고 합니다. 그리고 출입시 이중으로 보안체크 하는 부분은 짜증이 납니다. 정문에서 체크했음에도 불구하고 호텔에서 별도로 몸수색하는 부분이 짜증납니다. 호텔 수영장 물은 차갑고, 호텔 스파는 비싸기만 하고 별로 시원하지가 않아요. 샤워기는 세게 틀면 욕실 전체 물바다가 됩니다. 재방문 의사 없어요.

I stayed in Radisson for a business trip.It is well managed, the staff is helpful, and it is close to a big mall.

호텔의 문제가 아니고, 체크아웃을 하는데 난 분명 한달전에 익스피디아에서 결제를 했는데 당일에 익스피디아에서 호텔로 결제를 체크아웃시간 12시까지 결제가 안되서 1시간동안이나 실갱이를 했다. 만약, 내가 정해진 체크아웃시간이 아닌 미리 나왔을 경우 비행기 시간이 촉박했을 경우 어떻게 책임 질것인가? 너무 불편한 상황을 만들었던것같다. 결제상황이 어떻게 되는지 알고 싶습니다.

My gold tier was not honored. The room had no iron and no bedsheets just a bed cover.

Overall a very good service. One thing that stood out for me though - it was lovely to hear the pianist playing each morning and evening in the lobby.

We had an unexpected extension to our visit to Kigali and this was the perfect place to stay. We chose an executive room and found we could use the business lounge with that level of room. There the staff were very friendly and the food just right for a place to hang out and re-plan the next part of our journey.

If you are going to Kigali, just book this hotel. Complementary transportation three times a day to places of interest. Nice food, great environment.

Radisson needs to pay attention to Front Desk Check-In took over 45mins via the “ Premium Desk” I complained to the Front Desk Manager and I hope she takes action rather than pay lip service to the issue

Stayed for 4 days, made a mistake on the booking for the 5th day, they refused to refund the money. Asked him to make another booking he paid because his bags where still in the room. All effort to cancel was not accepted, and they refused to refund the money. It's the first hotel I've seen in 30yrs of travel to threat their guest who stayed in their hotel so harshly.

An excellent hotel. Extremely clean, friendly staff, and an overall very vibrant location adjoined to the conference center. Very well executed in the beautiful city of Kigali.

The airport shuttle was easy to find. The internet stayed fast.

High-end hotel with tremendous service from the staff. At only ~$500 for an upgraded executive room for 3 nights, the value is extremely good. I highly recommend them for anyone traveling to Kigali.
