La localizacion de hotel es buena, pero cambio mucho la,playa esta fangosa, yo creo que por lo que antes era el restoran dentro de mar, ahora es un embarcadero de ferrys, la variedad de los alimentos es escasa, y los horarios de los snack y restoran, hay un espacion de 2 hrs donde no hay alimento de ahi todo bien

El lugar está bien, si buscas un servicio premium, aquí no es. Es un hotel costo, beneficios. En cuanto a limpieza, sucio no está pero claramente el hotel ya es viejito y necesita mantenimiento. El todo incluido no está mal pero tampoco es premium, el servicio de los chic@s en el restaurante es muy bueno, todos son muy atentos. Lo que no me encantó es el trato de la recepción es un poco grosera, y de verdad que es un poco odioso que llegando la chica de los tours te aborde insistiendo, y luego te manden con ella por las toallas. Otra cosa es que desde muy temprano hay ruido y la playa pues está algo llena de sargazo. En realidad estuvo bien y si se disfruta.

Ya nos hemos quedado otras ocasiones. Es el hotel todo incluido más económico que hay obvio no va a tener las mismas amenidades que otros. Pero la pasas bien y el personal es amable.

Outdated, beds hard as concrete, mold in bathroom, and food was terrible. Next to 0 beach. Pictures are well staged and very miss leading. Breaker box was missing breakers. Bathroom was missing mirror.

El personal fue amable y la habitación limpia y amplia... El único detalle que yo diría es que se supone que se pagó todo incluido y algunas veces negaban incluso refresco a la hora adel desayuno que por qué después de las 10 am y la gran ironía es que a las 10 Am se acababa el desayuno . Solo tenían agua y jugo y yo por ser diabética no puedo agarrar dulce solo tuve que desayunar siempre con agua . Otro detalle es que algunas veces en la noche se acababan las bebidas de la barra y tenían muy poca variedad .

If you want to go to Cancun, be somewhere that is design and put together for Mexican tourism feel part of the Mexican resort culture, be surrounded by the wonderfulness of its people and experience a little bit more of the culture you may enjoy the Imperial. do not come here if you’re expecting a four or five star American Cancun resort experience. You don’t go to McDonald’s and pay a value menu price expecting to get the best ribeye steak you ever had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a great new experience. The location is perfect. If you enjoy getting out and exploring the area around you, you can jump on a bus for 12 pesos and it’ll take you just about anywhere you want to go in Cancun. You’re within 15 min walking distance of the ferry that will take you over to Isla Mujeres . You’re also within walking distance of Las Perlas Mall and youre 200 yards from the public beach. If you’re interested in taking catamaran party tours, snorkeling, or diving the marina that all the other hotels come to is right on your own little marina style beach. The buffets are more of a snack buffet than what you would expect ( nothing fancy at all) Everything here is on a small scale. If you dont speak Spanish just know this is a very much Spanish speaking hotel, you may be the only one speaking english so it can be abit challenging but thats what makes it adventurous sometimes.

Well honestly at first didnt like but then i got use to it and it became a really good time because I met new people that were really nice and helpful and also it was really fun but beside the beach front everything was really nice the view in the morning was beautiful and the movies they played was spot on but yea I would actually go back to this holet like I’m literally waiting for rates
