The best thing about this property was the staff, all were great, but one Zara was exceptional. Zara made our stay and others in my extended families stay notable. She took care of us from check-in to check-out, especially my grandnieces with special treats. Listen up Village Hotel Management, you have a gem in Zara and her customer service skills and empathy for guests should be taught to all staff. On this trip I stayed in six hotels from London to Paris to Amsterdam, but I can say that the Village Hotel stay was the second to none because of Zara.
