Hard for parking

The room pictures on site are deceiving. Room carpet was dirty and room smelled. I was given a handicap room in which I did not request. No parking onsite very inconvenient. And hall wall lighting was very dark.

My partner and I did not like this property to the point that we rented a hotel across the street despite the fact that we lost our three night stay payment since they would not offer any refund whatsoever. The staff was incredibly unwelcoming and the room was very grimy, the balcony flooded (it was not even raining) and the floors were so slippery throughout that we were scared to move. We could not bring ourselves to lay on the bed because the sheets looked very worn and there were only 2 very flat pillows and the comforter was more like a sheet. We left the same day we arrived. We even paid for three days of parking upon check-in and they did not even offer us that to be reimbursed. The receptionist was incredibly rude and combative when we expressed our discomfort and desire to leave. It was truly a nightmare.

Falta limpieza, hay mucha humedad aparte de eso se hizo el pago el estacionamiento en el hotel & nunca nos funciono la tarjeta del mismo, le indique que no funciono & el de recepción de manera no cortes puso en duda lo dicho & teniendo evidencia.

Studio in nice condition. Views are great. Complimentary bteakfast is acceptable.

The complimentary breakfast has no protein just fruits, bread, coffee and juice. Did not have extra pillows. No hairdryer in the room. The phone was not working.

Habian sillas rota, articulos con moho como lamparas. Olor a hongo.

The first night was terrible due to noisy guests in the next room. I asked to change the room the next day and my request was graciously accommodated. The bedding appeared very dated. the overall appearance from entry to hallways was below average. Location is great.

Parking is far, rooms aren't that clean, lobby in 2nd floor breakfast was on 4th floor. Everything inconvenient

Needs a little update.

Parking is too far You have to walk on cobble stones to get to hotel Drop off area is too small Breakfast is just bread, fruits, cold cereal, juice and coffee Noisy neighbors and the fact room was near delivery zone did not help (Woke up at 3am and then 6am) The room was clean, comfortable and clean but carpet was worn out There was a medium size fridge and microwave There we’re plates glasses and silverware A coffee maker as well The Gym was nice No pool The beach is a short walk away If you enjoy long walks you can get to Old San Juan by foot and take in the views In sum, it has it pros and cons but there are better areas for the same rate or just a few dollars more.

La vista es sensacional, pero es un hotel que necesita mucho mantenimiento.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Only problem the parking is far from the hotel.
