Everything was good except some noise in the corridor at night.

Good location, nice service that's all. If i could see the condition, i don't pay about this reservation. They have lot of chain. You have to try that stay for gran bia 42 where more clean, better condition and better location. Here is sooo old and listen every noise. They have kitchen but mot ready to use that. If you want to stay here, just have to think location. 좋은위치, 좋은 서비스. 그러나 그게 전부임. 문제가 발생했을때, 도움이 필요할때 도와줄 준비가 되어있는 직원들 아니었다면 중간에 다른 호텔 예약해서 나갔을것 같은 느낌. 아파트 형식의 숙소. 빛좋은 개살구. 한국이었으면 안방만한 크기에 주방 욕실 침실 다있음. 크기는 적당하나 방 벽이 너어어어무 얇아서 옆집에서 무슨 대화를 하는지까지 다들림. 정말 사소한 대화도 다들림. 창문에 커텐이 있지만 마음만 먹으면 창밖의 다른집 뭐하고 있나 다보임;;; 이들이 가진 체인중에 42번지에 새롭게 리모델링한 아파트식 호텔이 하나 더 있음. 차라리 그곳이 더 나을것이라고 생각함. 후기가 너무 갈려서 반신반의 했는데 청결도와 여러가지 생각한다면 정말 불호. 사람들이 추천하지 않았던 수많은 후기들은 이유가 있었던것.

Muy céntrica pero un poco descuidada . Me tocó un apartamento muy pequeño con una cama full y un baño muy pequeño e incómodo.

The positive, location is really great! Kitchen and equipment was ok. The bathroom was so small, one had to step over the toilet to get to the shower. Sitting on the toilet was only possible from the side. The worst was the street noise, especially at night.

Very small studio with very cheap furniture. Great location.

Die Wände sind so dünn wie Papier, man hört ALLES durch. Frühstück war war super und wahnsinns Aussicht.

The location was great. Easy to access all the main attractions. The front staff was friendly and able to hold our bags after check out. The bed was hard but it was good size. It did get really loud at night until about 3am. Would stay again due to location but would get the bigger size room (we had the studio).

Receptionnistes gentils et professionnels. Les insuffisances sont : le bruit, la lumière pdt la nuit à cause de l'absence de cache rideaux, l'emplacement de la TV sur le côté, programmes en espagnol seulement.

Noe gustó el hotel la cortinas dejan entrar luz y sol y mucho ruido de la calle

Las fotos no reflejan como es el hotel en realidad.El baño muy pequeño y se escucha todo de laa otras habitaciones eso fue molesto para poder dormir.

Great location but pricy for what you get.

Muy buen lugar, céntrico

Me sentí estafado por el Smartr Madrid Gran Vía 47. El precio es muy alto para lo que ofrecen. Como referencia, me he hospedado antes en los departamentos de Mithouse, más económicos y cómodos. El baño es tan pequeño que al sentarme en el inodoro mis piernas chocaban con la pared; un baño de avión es más cómodo. La habitación estaba limpia, pero toda la propiedad huele a drenaje las 24 horas. Las áreas comunes se ven sucias y descuidadas, y no ofrecen ningún servicio adicional más allá del alojamiento. El cuarto es muy reducido, el aire acondicionado provocó molestias respiratorias y sospecho que no recibe mantenimiento. Se percibe cierta inseguridad; al llegar vi a varios policías saliendo del edificio, lo cual fue inquietante. Aunque la recepción es 24 h y me autorizaron un late check-out, a las 11:00 alguien entró sin tocar mientras me bañaba, reclamando que debíamos salir, a pesar de tener permiso hasta las 12:00. Pasé dos noches ahí, deseando irme desde el primer día. Solo me quedé por cansancio y temor a perder el dinero. No lo recomiendo: está sobrevalorado. Su única ventaja es la ubicación, pero hay opciones mucho mejores por el mismo precio.

En general bastante bien habitacion y desayuno estuvieron de acuerdo a la reserva. El problema es el servicio de limpieza, en los tres dias queestuvimos en el hotel no se aparecio nadie a limpiar y cambiar toallas.

Estuve 8 noches allí, la limpieza es cada 4 noches, toallas hay que pedir en recepción, cambio sábanas se supone cada dos noches, solo se supone, no se cumplio

For a 3-star hotel it is excellent. In front of La Gran Via and the Santo Domingo bus and metro stops, it makes moving through Madrid a breeze. Carefour grocery is nearby, so are restaurants and ice cream shops. Near Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and other landmarks in the area.

This was without doubt the worst apart hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Our first room was even worst than the alternative we were given, after protesting. Our next room felt claustrophobic and my wife described it as feeling like being imprisoned. There was little or no space therein. The bathroom was tiny with a damaged mini bath/shower and a shower head that had to be held, as without doing so it headed upward to the ceiling squirting water around the tiny room, more appropriately described as a closet. To use the toilet you’d to straddle it either side with barely enough room for your legs. The kitchen was very poorly equipped with a damaged counter and not enough plugs e.g. having to unplug the kettle to use the microwave. The only window had a curtain which my wife had to stand on a chair to be able to pull back. But the view was of a tiny enclosed gap with views of the backs of other rooms, too often of blurred frosted glass people showering! The hotel entrance was extremely grotty often with 1 or 2 homeless people on the steps, which the staff did nothing to address or clear. I mentioned the staff, well let’s clarify their indifference to customer service! EVERY request was treated like a burden e.g. when our hairdryer broke, we were greeted with a ‘What do you expect us to do about it?’ And literally being asked “Have you tried plugging it in?” I resisted expletives repeatedly dealing with these employees but I wish I’d the fluent Spanish to tell them some! Simply avoid!

Excelente localização e custo benefício. Hotel um pouco velho mas funcional! Chuveiro e camas ótimas

La ubicación es maravillosa, me encantó

El apartamento es muy bonito, cuando llegamos estaba bien limpio y todo arreglado, solo no entiendo un hotel deste nivel no hacer limpieza ninguna vez y cambio de tualla en una estancia de tres diarias, por el precio veo esto muy mal. Me decieron en el checkin q sería hecho desoyes de tres diarias, pero no fue hecho momento algum.
