Everything was good except some noise in the corridor at night.

Good location, nice service that's all. If i could see the condition, i don't pay about this reservation. They have lot of chain. You have to try that stay for gran bia 42 where more clean, better condition and better location. Here is sooo old and listen every noise. They have kitchen but mot ready to use that. If you want to stay here, just have to think location. 좋은위치, 좋은 서비스. 그러나 그게 전부임. 문제가 발생했을때, 도움이 필요할때 도와줄 준비가 되어있는 직원들 아니었다면 중간에 다른 호텔 예약해서 나갔을것 같은 느낌. 아파트 형식의 숙소. 빛좋은 개살구. 한국이었으면 안방만한 크기에 주방 욕실 침실 다있음. 크기는 적당하나 방 벽이 너어어어무 얇아서 옆집에서 무슨 대화를 하는지까지 다들림. 정말 사소한 대화도 다들림. 창문에 커텐이 있지만 마음만 먹으면 창밖의 다른집 뭐하고 있나 다보임;;; 이들이 가진 체인중에 42번지에 새롭게 리모델링한 아파트식 호텔이 하나 더 있음. 차라리 그곳이 더 나을것이라고 생각함. 후기가 너무 갈려서 반신반의 했는데 청결도와 여러가지 생각한다면 정말 불호. 사람들이 추천하지 않았던 수많은 후기들은 이유가 있었던것.

Publicidad engañosa, Las fotos que salen en la publicidad no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Habitacion doble de 12 m2,, todo viejo y descuidaldo la ducha pequeña y con cortina, el sumidero no traga, inundacion. Ah! y el dasayuno muy bien pero a 350 metros del hotel, Cruzando la Gran Via. Para nada recomendable.

Very Disappointing Stay The room was in very poor condition. The bathroom had mold on the walls, and the floor was cracking everywhere. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor in the room throughout my stay. The internet connection was very bad and unreliable, which made it difficult to get any work done. I made complaints almost every day, but unfortunately, nothing was ever fixed. The only positive aspect of this hotel is the staff — the front desk personnel were very friendly and polite. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

El personal es muy amable, la habitación es cómoda y limpia, con vista a la Gran Vía y el desayuno está muy rico con una hermosa vista a la ciudad.

La habitación es okay, no se ve igual que en las fotos. Las fachas son un poco viejas y no las han arreglado. El lugar es bien céntrico lo cual está súper pero no tienen cortinas grandes para tapar toda la luz de afuera así que toda la noche tienes luces de afuera. Solo te dan dos almohadas súper finitas pero la cama es cómoda. El costumer service es bueno

la tele está ubicada en un lugar en el cual no se puede ver desde la cama y habría que sentarse en una sillas incómodas, ni siquiera un sofá. Y la bañera muy pequeña. Y hemos tenido que pedir otras almohadas, porque las que nos habían puesto eran súper planas

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue decepcionante y totalmente diferente a lo que prometen en las fotos y la descripción. Desde que llegamos fue evidente que el lugar no coincide en absoluto con lo que se anuncia. Las habitaciones estaban en muy malas condiciones: sucias, descuidadas y con un aspecto viejo y abandonado. La cama estaba visiblemente sucia, con ropa de cama que daba la impresión de no haber sido cambiada ni lavada adecuadamente. El colchón se sentía gastado y poco higiénico, algo inaceptable en un lugar que se supone ofrece hospedaje. El mobiliario es antiguo, maltratado y en mal estado, nada que ver con las imágenes que muestran en la plataforma. Todo se ve viejo, descuidado y sin el más mínimo mantenimiento. El ambiente general de la habitación era incómodo, poco limpio y nada agradable, al punto de no sentirse seguro ni relajante estar ahí. La limpieza en general deja muchísimo que desear. Se notaba polvo, suciedad acumulada y una clara falta de atención a los detalles básicos. Honestamente, no parecía un lugar apto para recibir huéspedes. La razón por la que elegimos este hotel fue por lo que ofrecían en línea, pero la realidad fue completamente distinta. Me sentí engañada y frustrada por haber llegado a un lugar que no cumple con lo mínimo esperado, ni en higiene ni en comodidad. Después de esta experiencia, no recomendaría este hotel a nadie. Las fotos y la descripción son engañosas y no reflejan el verdadero estado del lugar.

Terrible service. The room was not ready until after 3:00 PM, which I consider extremely disrespectful to guests who, like us, arrived after a very long flight of more than 8 hours. The front desk staff did not know how to handle the situation and even laughed at us, which made the experience even more upsetting. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and everything else. I even offered to pay extra to be given another room since my husband was feeling unwell, but there was no empathy or willingness to help from the reception staff.
