Everything was good except some noise in the corridor at night.

Good location, nice service that's all. If i could see the condition, i don't pay about this reservation. They have lot of chain. You have to try that stay for gran bia 42 where more clean, better condition and better location. Here is sooo old and listen every noise. They have kitchen but mot ready to use that. If you want to stay here, just have to think location. 좋은위치, 좋은 서비스. 그러나 그게 전부임. 문제가 발생했을때, 도움이 필요할때 도와줄 준비가 되어있는 직원들 아니었다면 중간에 다른 호텔 예약해서 나갔을것 같은 느낌. 아파트 형식의 숙소. 빛좋은 개살구. 한국이었으면 안방만한 크기에 주방 욕실 침실 다있음. 크기는 적당하나 방 벽이 너어어어무 얇아서 옆집에서 무슨 대화를 하는지까지 다들림. 정말 사소한 대화도 다들림. 창문에 커텐이 있지만 마음만 먹으면 창밖의 다른집 뭐하고 있나 다보임;;; 이들이 가진 체인중에 42번지에 새롭게 리모델링한 아파트식 호텔이 하나 더 있음. 차라리 그곳이 더 나을것이라고 생각함. 후기가 너무 갈려서 반신반의 했는데 청결도와 여러가지 생각한다면 정말 불호. 사람들이 추천하지 않았던 수많은 후기들은 이유가 있었던것.

The apartment was plagued by black mold, and the floor and overall condition were deplorable. The size of the shower or toilet did not conform to any standard non-American or European code. To add insult to injury, the constant disturbance of the rest was a significant issue throughout the night and day. The sound of water running from the pipes in the room from other rooms, the constant smoking from attendants in the storage room, and the pervasive odor made the apartment unsuitable for anyone. It is a dilapidated and unsanitary place, and the price is not justified.

Perfect location, the building needs an update

The location of the property it’s great, the property itself it’s not worth it that amount of money, we spent 6 nights and they didn’t clean the room ones, we have to ask for clean towels, they don’t have closets. The bathroom doesn’t have cabinets. They don’t have restaurant neither. The client has to go 2 blocks away to have breakfast, etc, etc.

Sobre la gran via q puede ser comodo. Habitacion bastante poco limpia Muy ruidosa por q las paredes son poco aislantes. Tuve q soportar gritos y risas hasta las 3 am de una habitacion contigua. La recepcion da miedo y no parece de un hotel. Todo es bastante lamentable y decadente. No volveria

Front desk staff were lovely!! Property is older but clean and tidy. Kitchen was adequately eqipped however we could not find pods in the grocery store fit the Delta coffee maker. Excellent location walkable to all the touristy spots and located in the theatre district. We enjoyed out stay.

Bien situé, mais pas insonorisé. Chambre individuelle minuscule, carrelage cassé, parquet très abîmé, nécessité d’entretien. Accueil minimaliste A noter, le petit déjeuner se prend dans un établissement extérieur de l’hôtel appartenant au même groupe (tout est organisé avec un coupon).

The location is great. The room is much smaller than it appears with no night stands, a small table pushed in the inly tight spacw they could fit it. The condition is terrible the shower head is broken so you have to hold it to shower. The floor boards are all damaged and moving throughout the halls and worse in the room. The walls were dirty and the overall condition was damaged. The room was clean but so much disrepair it feels dirty.

Die küche war gut ausgestattet

The property is pretty rundown, in dire need of a refurbishment, but for being in such a central location it's alright for one night or two. You definitely need earplugs though, as that avenue is the main one in the city so it's noise 24/7 even if you're on the top floors. The reception people were lovely and the place was clean.

Petit appartement correct. La réception aurait besoin d’un peu de rénovation. Les règlements d’arriver sont appliquées strictement. (Impossible d’arriver avant 15:00). L’emplacement sur la Gran Via est pratique pour l’accès au métro et tout les commerces.

This was almost false advertising. The only good things that can be said about this place is that the room was clean, and it is located in a busy downtown area with lots in walking distance. But the hotel itself is basically a "dive"-- windowless, dingy, elevators that stop a foot above the floor, no cleaning of the room each day, and the vaunted city view breakfast is two city blocks away in a totally different building.

It is what you pay for

The property looks improvised and under construction. I wanted to change dates and they did not extended the courtesy after several appeals by Expedia. They are thieves and are only interested in getting your money. DO NOT BOOK HERE! There are pleanty of cleaner more honest, more proper hotels arround.

Localização excepcional para qualquer objetivo de viagem. Perto de tudo, com transporte fácil para qualquer lugar. Café delicioso, com muita variedade. Adorei.

Great central location. Room was quite small but nice large terrace. Only fault was a lack of cleaning products for the kitchenette.
