Everything was good except some noise in the corridor at night.

Good location, nice service that's all. If i could see the condition, i don't pay about this reservation. They have lot of chain. You have to try that stay for gran bia 42 where more clean, better condition and better location. Here is sooo old and listen every noise. They have kitchen but mot ready to use that. If you want to stay here, just have to think location. 좋은위치, 좋은 서비스. 그러나 그게 전부임. 문제가 발생했을때, 도움이 필요할때 도와줄 준비가 되어있는 직원들 아니었다면 중간에 다른 호텔 예약해서 나갔을것 같은 느낌. 아파트 형식의 숙소. 빛좋은 개살구. 한국이었으면 안방만한 크기에 주방 욕실 침실 다있음. 크기는 적당하나 방 벽이 너어어어무 얇아서 옆집에서 무슨 대화를 하는지까지 다들림. 정말 사소한 대화도 다들림. 창문에 커텐이 있지만 마음만 먹으면 창밖의 다른집 뭐하고 있나 다보임;;; 이들이 가진 체인중에 42번지에 새롭게 리모델링한 아파트식 호텔이 하나 더 있음. 차라리 그곳이 더 나을것이라고 생각함. 후기가 너무 갈려서 반신반의 했는데 청결도와 여러가지 생각한다면 정말 불호. 사람들이 추천하지 않았던 수많은 후기들은 이유가 있었던것.

Excelente localización!!

Excellent location, staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience. The room a bit too small but it has a huge terrace overlooking the city.

Excelente ubicación, departamento amplio, con cocina y todo lo necesario. El metro a unos pasos. Por el precio es una muy buena opción.

Acomodação razoável, muito bem localizada. Com pia, fogão e geladeira foram os diferenciais! O café da manhã pago a parte no balcão, com parceria de um restaurante proximo foi o q fez valer a pena, sensacional.

The bed was awful. I wasn’t able to sleep well. It was like a college/twin bed 6 inches thick and hard like concrete. I requested a comforter the second night and it was still uncomfortable.

Air conditioner poor. Bathroom without safety bars. Same for stairs in and out lobby. No hooks in rooms

las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. son apartamentos viejisimos y cutres, nada que ver con las fotos!!!

No se la recomiendo a nadie numero uno no tenia aire acondicionado , a las 3 de la mañana alguien entro al cuarto y el cuarto de alado supuestamente no estaba reservado y habia una persona entoxica durmiendo llamamos a la policia y no hicieron nada y a esa hora nos fuimos en verdad no es como lo anuncian pienso que perdi el dinero

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I stayed for three nights and they never cleaned the room. I have asked but they refused! Also When I went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, they were very rude and made me stand there waiting for 10 minutes. The room itself was dirty and messy. I asked a housekeeper for a bath towel, but she refused to give me one and was also very rude. I’m never coming back here again!

Hotel simples, acomodação modesta mas com localização perfeita, ao lado de uma estação de metrô. O diferencial é estar no centro da Grand Via. Café da manhã é em outro hotel da mesma rede, mas bem próximo.

The bathroom had no where to hang towels and no space to put out toiletries. The screaming from dozens of people outside the night club opposite (we were overlooking it in the side street) went on from 11pm on Saturday evening until 5.30a.m. Sunday. The outside shutters were broken. No bins emptied in 6 days. Reception told us to put it out on the Grand Via! Re the 'kitchen' no tea towels or cloths provided. Air conditioning faulty. Some power points didn't work. TV had reception on and off. The room was shabby and had the feel of a hostel. The only good thing was plentiful hot water.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The only positives are its convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The room was extremely small, and the shower was equally cramped. There was no room service available, and the room did not match the photos advertised online. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations.

La propiedad es una vieja instalación y adolece de muchos inconvenientes: en uno de los elevadores solo cabe una persona sin maletas. Las regaderas( duchas) son terribles por lo pequeñas que son y por lo pequeño del espacio es terriblemente difícil e incómodo. !! Definitivamente una pésima experiencia. Lo unico positivo es el personal que es atento y dispuesto a ayudar a los pasajeros. !! Las fotos de las habitaciones que utilizan para promover el hotel!! Son totalmente diferentes a la realidad !!!

O atendimento foi muito bom, porém o hotel não oferece o conforto descrito no anúncio, a cama é bem antiga e desconfortavel e o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Como pontos positivos são o chuveiro, o atendimento e a localização que é excelente.

Nada que ver con lo que se muestra en fotos..la habitación es miniatura con cama estrecha...ventana interior...sin tomacorrientes, el aire no funciona...muy regular todo. El desayuno se toma a 2 cuadras del hotel... Lo único destacable es la ubicación.

I checked in online before arriving, so getting the key was quick and straightforward. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive part of the stay. As soon as we arrived, we noticed a strong sewage smell, which was horrible. The smell was present not only near the room, but also in the hotel lobby and corridors. These areas also felt dark, dingy, and generally unwelcoming. The lifts were also very poor. There were two lifts, but one was extremely small, barely big enough for a suitcase and two people to squeeze into. The second lift was an awkward triangle shape and also barely fit two people comfortably. The room itself was just okay at best. The first thing we noticed was the flooring, which was cheap laminate and was delaminating in several places. It looked as though water from the shower had damaged it over time. There was also a sewage smell coming from the toilet/shower area, likely made worse by the lack of proper ventilation. The furniture also felt very basic and cheap, and mainly IKEA furniture rather than what I would expect from a proper hotel. No bedside tables. It had a basic working hob, sink microwave, kettle, kitchenette-style, which is what I needed with basic utensils, which is what we needed for our trip. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained, unpleasant, and not worth the money. I personally would not stay here again. But it is liveable.
