아늑한 호텔입니다. 사누르 지역 최고의 호텔입니다. 호텔이 조용하고 오래되었지만 강력 추천합니다.

사누르에서 좋은 선택입니다. 이 호텔은 더 친밀한 분위기를 제공하는 동시에 어린 자녀를 둔 가족에게도 좋습니다. 사누르 아이콘은 쇼핑몰에 가서 무언가를 사거나 쇼핑몰 음식을 즐기고 싶다면 아주 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 해변 접근과 자전거는 이곳을 충분히 즐길 수 있도록 매우 유용합니다. 모든 직원들이 매우 친절하고 세심합니다.

훌륭한 서비스! 훌륭한 음식! 언제나 그렇듯이 훌륭한 경험이었습니다!

Andaz에 머무는 것은 항상 좋은 경험입니다. Ida Ayu가 꽃집과 아침에 필요한 모든 것을 도와주신 서비스가 놀랍습니다. 피셔맨 클럽의 음식과 분위기도 매우 좋았습니다! 발리를 방문할 때마다 항상 Andaz에 다시 올 것입니다.

아침 식사는 맛있고, 숙소는 편안하고, 가격에 비해 시원합니다. 감사합니다

- 웰컴 드링크 - 따뜻하고 친절한 여성 접수원 - 호텔 냄새가 좋음 - 호텔 공간(공용 공간)은 일반 카메라를 사용하고 롱렌즈를 사용하지 않았음에도 괜찮습니다. 지인들이 있어서 추억용으로만 사진찍었어요 (머무를때마다 하는건데 아야나,웨스틴등 문제없어요) . 그의 말은 불쾌했고(사진은 허용되지 않음) 비용에 대해 언급했습니다. 비용과는 상관없습니다. 하지만 그가 한 일은 나에게 불편했습니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 호텔리어로서 적합하지 않은 Mr Ardana를 제외하고는 정말 괜찮습니다.

숙소는 좋고 매우 편안하지만 발코니에 모기가 많습니다.

Andaz에서는 항상 좋은 경험을 했습니다.

Pelayanan Cepat, Makanan Enak, Kamar Nyaman, overall Ok.

The service are great, room super clean and neat, lot 's of complimentary and amenities, the garden and room ambiance was beautiful.

Sangat memuaskan, makanan enak Dan banyak macam, kamar sangat bagus, layanan ok.

Saya pesan dari pagi lewat aplikasi. Check in kita bisa masuk jam 3 sore. Ini jam 5 lebih dan belum bisa check in dengan alasan pesanan baru masuk dan kamar belum ready. So bad, untuk hotel sekelas Andaz. Service buruk!

We had a great experience in Andaz, they upgrade our room into deluxe lagoon access, superb great breakfast!

The room and service were very excellent. All the non-alcohol items in the room bar were free. However, my only criticism was on the breakfast menus and quality when comparing it to other hotels with a similar rate. A la carte breakfast menus usually contain items that would not taste best when served buffet style. Andaz's menus are a bit underwhelming and contain most items which are typically served in buffet style. All the menus in Fruit & Vegetable, Deli, bakery (except for crois madame and French Toast, and Local Flavour sections are all typical buffet style. So it 's like eating buffet breakfast but with a longer wait (which is annoying) of a la carte menu. Menus like fruits, cereal, muesli, soto madura, bubur, kway teow goreng (and most items in the menu) do not need to be a la carte. Why not just present them all buffet style and put the few items on the menu to order a la carte? The impression could easily be misinterpreted as being a stingy hotel instead of appreciative of the effort to minimise food waste. But at the this price rate, there are quite a few hotels in Bali which provide a better quality a la carte menu. By the way, there is no beef or pork in the menu other than in Kimchi jjigae and Soto Madura (They are all in very small pieces). The “babi guling rilette” was 4 paper-thin shreds of pork in a jar of oil. So yes, other than the breakfast menu, everything else is great.

Shoutout to Bli Arya for being so kind to us and everyone at Andaz team are so nice. It was worth every penny. Too bad we stayed during heavy storm but the resort still looks pretty though. Will definitely stay here again & again. Top notch!

My family had an excellent stay at Andaz. We love the room (very spacious and comfortable) and we love the resort. We had an additional breakfast and it was superb. Andaz team are very friendly and helpul. Fisherman ' s Club is a must try too and the pastries at the deli are delicious.
