깨끗하고 좋지만, 원형형태로 된 구조이고 모든 객실이 가운데를 향햐 문이 있고 가운데가 뚫려있어. 1층에 바에서 나는 소음이 그대로 위로 올라와 모든 방에 골고루 전달돼. 다른 시기에는 모르겠지만 우기에는 특히 태풍 시즌에는 바람소리랑 바람에 흔들리는 창문 소리땜에 잘수가 없오

Ice cream shop is close by 5pm. Not fear. Should be open all day!! We all need ice cream in a hot weather!!!

The beach is the best and the room was good with great balcony and awesome ocean view( we did get a room at the Altitude tower so it was newer….

I booked this hotel for my son and his wife to have a mini-honeymoon prior to staying at another resort in Cancun. They stayed only two nights thankfully. The bathroom was backed up the entire time they were there. They were all inclusive and had to wait in line for ours to get a ticket to go eat on their first night and then the food was horrible so the rest of the vacation they had to pay to eat out so they didn't waste time in line for bad food. From the pool, you have a cement wall blocking you from seeing anything else - like the ocean.

Comfortable

A acomodação foi o ponto alto da experiência: quarto confortável, cama excelente, chuveiro muito bom e uma vista frente mar simplesmente sensacional. Por outro lado, por se tratar de um resort all inclusive, a alimentação deixou bastante a desejar. A comida tinha pouco sabor e variedade, tanto no café da manhã quanto no almoço. No almoço, a carne utilizada não era de boa qualidade, sendo cozida e depois finalizada na chapa. As bebidas também foram limitadas, com poucas opções disponíveis no bar. De modo geral, apesar da ótima acomodação, a experiência não foi completa devido à qualidade da comida e das bebidas.

El hotel no está tan mal, pero pésimo porque se hospedaron varios días jóvenes que hicieron mucho ruido todos los días, sin que la vigilancia del hotel los detuviera, muy mal. No vuelvo a hospedarme.

I did not originally plan to stay at the Krystal Grand Cancun. My partner and I ended up there unexpectedly after leaving another resort due to a serious safety concern. At the time, we simply needed somewhere safe to stay on short notice. Unfortunately, dealing with this hotel afterward has turned into another frustrating experience. The stay itself was fine for what we needed in an emergency, but the real issue has been the lack of professionalism after checkout. We have been trying to obtain proper documentation and receipts for legitimate dispute and insurance purposes, and instead of straightforward customer service, we have been met with unnecessary resistance and delays. This should be a very simple request that any reputable hotel handles without issue. When someone is dealing with the aftermath of a stressful travel situation, the last thing they should have to do is fight a hotel just to get basic paperwork. It gives the impression that guest support only exists when everything is easy, not when a customer actually needs help. If management is reading this: providing accurate receipts and documentation is basic hospitality administration, not a special favor. Guests should not have to chase you for it. I cannot speak to the resort as a vacation destination since that was not our situation, but based on the customer service experience alone, I would strongly recommend improving how post-stay issues are handled. Es uno de los hoteles con mejor playa de Cancún, no está de 5 estrellas pero es cómodo, amable personal y afuera es Divino! Las habitaciones más o menos pero buen ambiente y la alberca bonita.

Cuando llegue al hotel hacer mi registro se me acercó una persona un hombre y me hizo preguntas , justo son los que ofrecen membresías a cambio de un desayuno, comenzó hacerse el simpático y me pedía una tarjeta de crédito para poder apartar un camastro según el , insistía mucho yo solo le seguía el juego y después ya quería que le diéramos una tarjeta de débito , su idea era estafarnos claramente le dijimos que no, fuimos con la persona que estaba ahí trabajadora del hotel y se hizo pendeja tal cual , y fue corriendo avisarle que ya habíamos dado aviso al hotel, cuando volví a buscar al tipo desapareció y los días que estuve hospedada ahí nunca jamás lo vi desapareció, muy feo mi estancia , también quería diéramos datos personales , de ahí ya me sentí muy insegura, no lo recomiendo.

No respetaron en el hoyel el alcance que solicite en expedia, resulta que un menor es adulto y exigieron pago adicional, expedia por sus medios no dio solución ni Ca formación ni sugerencia mal muy mal expedia y mal muy mal el hotel cero mantenimiento sucio y muy maltratado, tengan cuidado con expedia y este hotel cuidado.
