The views were stunning and the beach was beautiful. We spent most of our days on the beach. The food at all of the restaurants was delicious. We did not go to the buffet much but they seemed to have good variety there. Definitely reserve a night to go for Hibachi! The beach service was fantastic. We do wish ice cream was served longer at the small snack place. The air fresheners in the lobby were a bit strong for us, but those would be our only complaints. We want to come back again someday!

Excelente servicio, una buena estrategia y planificación interna a ocasiones en esta ocasión como el juego del mundial ( hicieron tacos riquísimos , dieron acceso al Centro de convenciones con pantalla grande, barra abierta, chicharrones con cueritos, mesquite etc fantástico tanto como huésped y trabajando en este rubro excelente liderazgo; espero próximas visitas.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Check in/check out was easy, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food at the buffet and all the restaurants was delicious and fresh. We loved all the pools and the hotel in general is beautiful. Thank you! We will be back.

깨끗하고 좋지만, 원형형태로 된 구조이고 모든 객실이 가운데를 향햐 문이 있고 가운데가 뚫려있어. 1층에 바에서 나는 소음이 그대로 위로 올라와 모든 방에 골고루 전달돼.
다른 시기에는 모르겠지만 우기에는 특히 태풍 시즌에는 바람소리랑 바람에 흔들리는 창문 소리땜에 잘수가 없오

The view from our balcony was amazing! We stayed for a week but we had a few inconveniences. When we arrived we checked in and they took about an hour. When we got to our room our luggage was not in the room yet. The elevators were awful. They had no ac and were so slow. They only had 3 functioning elevators and took so long. There was a point where we waited 15 minutes to get from floor 5 to the main lobby. Other than that the food was amazing, when I mean amazing everything was so delicious, we can’t complain about that! The all inclusive drinks were great as well!

Its a nice hotel, my issue is that the elevator is a disaster. Takes forever and everyone crams into them because you will be there for a long time if you don't squeeze in.

Elevators were so slow and only 3 available. Need more elevators and also need to add ac inside the elevators, they were too hot! Faster check in, we took about an hour just to check in. Better service or at least a smile at reception.

The property was clean and okay overall, the staff was friendly, and the view was beautiful. However, the AC was not working in the common areas, and our rooms had a strong musty, humid smell.
The elevators were either broken or extremely slow, with no AC inside. Since they were very small, the heat made them feel suffocating.
The food and service at the Italian restaurant were disappointing, and despite calling as early as 7:00 a.m., we were never able to get a reservation at the Asian restaurant.
A special shout out to Javier, the bartender at the swim up pool bar! He was wonderful and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. 🍹😊

se anuncian como que tienes 7 restaurantes y la verdad solo uno esta habierto hasta las 1o o 11 de la noche.. el resto habre una vez por dia cada uno asi es que no hay opiciones de comer diferentes ya que buffet es siempre el mismo, en el bar me sirvieron una bebida al siguiente dia les pedi la misma y me dijeron que ya no tenian ese licor y no volvieron a tener en los dias que estube ahi... dien servico 24 horas y no es asi nosotros llegamos al hotel a las 11:30 de la noche y no habia donde comer algo ..la verdad esperaba otra cosa

Muy decepcionante. Este hotel está muy lejos de ofrecer la experiencia que se espera de un resort todo incluido.
El aire acondicionado de mi habitación no funcionaba y El hotel tampoco tenía aire, lo que hizo la estadía muy incómoda. La habitación prácticamente no tenía iluminación; solo funcionaba la luz del baño.
La comida tenía muy poca variedad para ser un hotel todo incluido. Además, los elevadores tardan demasiado, entran como 14 personas y son muy pequeños y ni siquiera tienen aire acondicionado. Estuvimos hablando desde el primer día que llegamos y no resolvieron nada, vinieron a cambiarnos de cuarto la noche antes de irnos.
Definitivamente no volvería ni lo recomendaría.

The room service was excellent (both the food and service). And the ocean view from our room was lovely.
However, we had several other issues that made us leave the hotel halfway through our stay. The air conditioning in the room wouldn't go lower than 25 degrees celsius.
The hallways and lobby were not air conditioned. After a long day out in the town or on the beach, instead of being a relief to come back to, the hotel was just uncomfortable. Not an oasis like it should have been.
In addition to that, as soon as we checked in, there were solicitors at every turn, trying to sell us on a 'presentation' sales pitch for their vacation club. Any time we left our room, they'd find us and try to sell us all over again. Very annoying. No one wants to be sold to throughout their vacation. We left halfway through our week.

The hotel rooms are “renovated” but they look the same as they did 3 years ago. The beds were AWFUL!! Like sleeping on a cement floor literally. We even switched rooms and the beds were the same. The view was great but the ceiling in the bathroom was dripping water. The elevators are not air conditioned and SLOW! Food is definitely subpar, the servers were great. Buffett had a very small selection didn’t change day by day. Desserts were gross. The beach there is usually beautiful but the seaweed is coming in and making the water brown.
