Excelente estadia! Quarto com vista mar e piscinas com temperatura adequada, as instalações são boas e a recepcionista Salma, foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. Melhoria seria na parte de Buffet de almoço e jantar com mais variedades. A localização do hotel é excelente e a praia maravilhosa, água quentinha e calma, ideal para crianças.

Amazing stay We stayed at Krystal Grand Cancun on an all-inclusive package at the beginning of July, and our experience exceeded our expectations. A few days before our arrival, the hotel contacted us with all the information we needed. The communication was excellent, making the entire arrival process smooth and stress-free. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. No matter what we asked, someone always had the answer. One of our favorite amenities was the 24-hour coffee shop in the lobby. Having fresh coffee, cold drinks, pastries, and snacks available at any time was such a nice touch. The hotel was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day. They were incredibly kind and kept everything in perfect condition. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. We also had an sea-view room, so waking up to those stunning turquoise waters put us in a great mood every single day. The pool with the swim-up bar was fantastic, and the Ceviche Bar quickly became one of our favorite spots. The Italian, Japanese, and Thai restaurants were the icing on the cake—each one offered delicious food and a wonderful dining experience. The location is another huge advantage. It’s a perfect base for exploring Cancun while enjoying one of the most beautiful beaches on the Caribbean coast. Thank you to the entire Krystal Grand Cancun

This property posesses good value in my experience. But it is definitely not your dream vacation, you have to navigate and figure out many things on your own, and anyone who works there is also often unsure of what is going on. We did not have hot water for 2 days, it took numerous trips to the front desk and our "VIP" concierge. The food was good, but reservations were very difficult to get, then when we would get there the place would be empty. Not many activities, even if they were scheduled, they did not take place (some did). The location was wonderful. The beach was great. The pool was clean and warm. The service staff was reasonable. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. They do have many "exclusive" areas for their "timeshare style" guests. Unlikely to return, but our time there was enjoyed due to the location, and ammenities.

Property was ok, food and drink chooses weren't great! Waiters in dining area not attentive at all. Not helpful and not detailistic actually felt very ignored. Buffet food didn't look Fresh, just not what expected. Room sink wasn't working clogged. Frig in room never cold reported twice no one fixed. Room was somewhat cool not Cold! First day water came out black from sink had to run water. Pool bartenders wonderful!

Lo que me gustó fue la playa está hermosa y siempre la mantiene limpia. El servicio de bufet está muy bien y la comida está deliciosa. Las instalaciones y habitaciones están muy limpias. Lo que no me gustó es que inmediatamente que llegas ya te está esperando una persona para ofrecerte un paquete de tiempo compartido y te quitan demasiado tiempo.

Choosing Krystal Grand for my first trip to Mexico was the best decision ever! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the resort was spotless, and the service was exceptional. Everyone treated us with excellence, kindness, and courtesy. The entertainment was fantastic, and the restaurants exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so memorable! My only recommendation would be to add portable phone charging stations in the seating areas for guests’ convenience. I highly recommend Krystal Grand and can’t wait to come back!

Me dejó mucho que desear por lo que pagué, muchas cosas no me gustaron pero lo principal fue su bufet para la cantidad que pagué me dejó mucho que desear en un todo incluido.ñ no tenían casi nada en el bufet y el aire acondicionado como que no no servía y eso hacía que no oliera bien. De la cosas buenas que puedo comentar fue la atención de personal al momento de darnos la habitación. No regresaría a ese hotel en específico Saludos

Our stay here was decent. The rooms were beautiful and most of the staff were kind. However, the communication between staff and ourselves was poor. When we would ask questions about the resort/amenities, different staff would give different answers. On the first day, we were told by the staff member checking us in that since we were Altitude (priority) guests, we didn’t need to make reservations for a specific resort restaurant. However, when we tried to visit this restaurant, we were told it was reservation only - and that formal dress pants and shoes were required for the men. It would have been nice to have this mentioned upon booking, as we didn’t think my husband would need to pack formal dress clothes for a 6 day resort stay on the beach. Were were also told at check-in that restaurants opened at 6am, but found out later that it was actually at 7am - this made getting breakfast before our early morning flight impossible. We were also a bit frustrated by some of the resort rules - all pools closed at 8pm, dinner was never available until at least 6pm, various restaurants were inexplicably closed on certain days with no warning, bars didn’t open until 11am, some bars closed at 4pm, while others remained open until 11pm but had no blenders available for frozen drinks. Lastly, the view was excellent, but the section of beach this resort has access to leaves much to be desired. There is a constant fishy smell and insurmountable amounts of weeds/garbage washing up.

Overall, my stay was disappointing. The food selection was very limited and lacked variety throughout my stay. One of the biggest issues was the elevators they were often out of service or took an extremely long time to arrive, which was very frustrating. The property also does not have air conditioning in the common areas or in the elevators, making it very uncomfortable, especially in the heat. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. On multiple occasions, I called the front desk and no one answered the phone, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Beach view is okay every day one little buffet all-inclusive same food every day no shrimp at all only three restaurants let you in for dinner the others is For upgrades or VIP fruits only at the breakfast time no entertainment no beach activity lobby is empty for eight nights every day room is old not like at picture at all everything is brown not white even you upgrade your room, they will give you same one , be aware property have three resorts everything you see online is not including every resort have their own restaurants, buffet and pool.
