The staff was friendly and accommodating to us. I enjoyed my stay very much. I plan to return.

El hotel esta algo antiguo, las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear las camas, colchones, regaderas estan algo viejas. Existen restricciones de zonas a pesar de pagar un un todo incluido, las cuales reservan para los del krystal altitude.

It was good stay but the room i expected more with the ocean view, i expected more fancy but it is what it is .... the buffet was great 👍 ill stay there again but with a more newer room.the location was excellent

Fue una reservacion de un viaje mas largo y aun asi pague todos los dias ahí para regresar,entrar y salir cuando quiera. Teniamos evento en playa del carmen y salimos con maletas de ropa para cambiarnos agusto y otra maleta era para un familiar que vive en playa. Total que no nos dejaron irnos sin rompernos las pulseras que porque ahi no permiten que salgamos de la ciudad si nos hospedamos en ese hotel. Nos trataron como delincuentes y ya no nos dejaron entrar. El mismo gerente nocturno nos prohibio irnos a pasear a playa dc con las pulseras y aun tenia noches disponibles en el hotel. El todo incluido no tenia nada especial. Comida horrible,cero variedad,restaurant olia mal, el cuarto todo humedo de las almohadas y colcha, olia a pura pintura y nunca pusieron refrescos ni nada del todo incluido. La limpieza no pasaban a hacerla y tenia que buscar alas muchachas del aseo y se molestaban y contestaban groseras. No regresaria para nada, ya que lo unico que tiene bueno es la playa y obvio no es del hotel.

My stay at Krystal Grand Cancun was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel radiates warmth, and the staff’s kindness and professionalism made every moment delightful. The location is good and convenient. Direct access to beautiful beach. The room is not bad with daily service. However, my experience at their dinning restaurant in all 3 nights are TERRIBLE and beyond disappointment. In both times i tried their grill and Asian restaurants, we had to wait 1hr to 1hr and 30 minutes to get seated and until the food comes to the table. The food is not even good and the waiter even told us that food is pre_made and cannot be customized. What made my experience worse was the attitude of the employee at thr Grill restaurant when they served us. We had to wait 40 mins before we got seated and they sat other ppl who came later first. When I questioned, she ignored me and just said that we were next without further explanation. When i asked to talk with manager, he then explained that bc other ppl wants to sit in balcony . But that same couple after getting sat down in balcony then requested to go inside bc it was too windy and then we had to wait for another 15 mins bc of that. Same experience occured in my second time using their Asian restaurant when we had to wait at least 1 hr to get the food to our table. We also saw other couple got up and left in anger after waiting for a long time. This is my 2nd visit to this resort but my first time wasn't All inclusive and didn't have to experience in their dinning restaurants. This will be my last time visiting this resort.

Employees are friendly. Ocean view is excellent. Everything is good except 1. Hot water didn't come out well (Shower) 2. Elevators were very slow 3. No seafood at all

The good is the beach , beautiful beach The bad : The food low quality and no choice, every day the same The drinks low quality 5 restaurants,only 2 works Remodeling everywhere, noise and dust They paint in our room and it was crazy stinky Check in only at 3pm ,if you did it early ,you can't eat in the buffet before 12 , stay hungry:( Only 2 elevators work for all hotel , no ac in elevators Only Expedia guy helped us with room , and other issues

Room was not the best. Water stinked horrible even when you brushed your teeth you could feel it wasn't safe.

The staff was rude. They were dismissive. It took a long time to get a drink which was extremely watered down and the facility wasn’t even near capacity. The ELEVATORS SUCK. Super Hot. No air. Very small. We walked 10 flights up and down it took so long for the elevators. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights. We got served coffee with our breakfast THE LAST DAY. They never come to your table and offer you anything. You self serve most of the time. And they seat u right next to someone when there are tons of empty seating. Hands down the worst stay I’ve had in all my travels. Wouldn’t recommend at all. And Cancún itself was just horrid. Too many salesman who sale the same thing. They wanted $40 US for a IPhone charger. Then when you order food they UP THE PRICE at the register. And try to make you use ATMS where your charged a PERCENTAGE rather than a flat fee. It’s crazy there now. I see why no one talks about Cancún anymore

This all-inclusive resort is a gem: 5 restaurants/snack bars, gorgeous beachfront rooms; excellent cleaning service, and activities seemingly arranged around the clock. Though you don’t need to leave the resort unless you want, you should. Shopping areas include markets with lovely original designs, and excursions to places like Tulum’s Mayan Ruins are a must-see. The concierge can arrange anything for you. We’ll return soon.

Excellent service, delicious food and amazing beach! Would return for the experience!

Beach

The place is very clean, the beach is beautiful, the staff are kind- but I think everyone can agree the food is ordinary at best. The place advertises 5 restaurants, but every night one is closed which causes big lineups and/ or bad dinner service. I wouldn’t come here if you are looking for 5 star food. Everything else was great.

Great overall resort — be aware there are two towers, highly recommend staying at altitude it’s a much nicer experience. Food is just ok, entertainment mixed depending on night some good some just ok. If you are looking for nice resort definitely worth considering great beach too. I would say though If you are looking for something very authentically Mexican, this is not the place. Would definitely stay again.

We put a lot of time and effort into going on this vacation that was much needed for my family and I. Everything about our experience was amazing! Griselle, the property manager made sure that we were satisfied and had a great vacation. Our housekeeper, Reyna was the best. Our room was spotless every day. The concierge staff downstairs also was very helpful especially Mariana, she was very kind and sincere. All of the servers were amazing and attentive at all venues, (pool, cabanas, restaurants, etc.) Variety of food options that were all great. It does take a while to get dinner so keep that in mind, if you have kids tell them you want their food sooner rather than later and they will accommodate. Staying at the altitude building will give you a better experience. The room service is nice to have. Also, keep in mind you should be tipping the staff, this is how they make a living. Get up early if you want umbrella and chairs on the beach. A day with the cabana was a wonderful experience and very relaxing. Muchimas gracias a todos. Nos va a regresar in el futuro :)

Al estar pegados 3 hoteles Krystal, Krystal Grand y Altitude te confundes en el uso de las instalaciones Se ve que es un hotel muy visitado por lo tanto requiere un mantenimiento más constante y no lo tiene en los cuartos
