The place was what I expected!

The staff at this hotel are beyond remarkable, very friendly, helpful and they go o er and beyond. Will definitely come back to this place.

Very luxurious property. Well kept, spotless. Many nice restaurants, including delicious pizza. Good gym. The staff is what makes this hotel so excellent, they can’t do enough for you. In particular, Naomi at the front desk was amazing.

I had not intended to book the new wing of the Ole-Sereni hotel but it was fine, just slightly disappointing. It's typically business/conference oriented. The restaurant is on an upper level restoring the dining view across Nairobi National Park which was lost in the original hotel. Convenient for the airport and well-appointed if a little boring.

Prives Like a international 5 Star Hotel but absolutely not living up to it. There is hardly a way to get out of the hotel. Half rotten pigeon was on the roof just outside of the swimming pool railing formte whole duration of my stay, Prices are just ridiculous high for Kenia. The manager should be fired. On the plus side the staff was very friendly. Not to helpful if you wanted something out of the box. Like leavin the hotel on your own. To dangerous or maybe they don’t want you to go out so you have to spent your money in the hotel. Location in fact was not particularly safe. Fist person I met outside the hotel advised me to not show my mobile. Only good for Business people who don’t care about paying ridiculous high prices. Not recommended for tourists.

I had an amazing experience! The view of the national park, the service, hospitality, kindness, and cleanliness were exceptional. I really loved the spacious and serene environment within the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi, especially those coming from the West. Truly an unforgettable stay!”

The staff was rude and unprofessional.

J’ai voyagé avec un collègue dans le cadre d’une mission. Ce dernier a subi une maltraitance de la part du réceptionniste simplement pour avoir demandé un reçu détaillé. Ils se sont presque battu. Résultats, avion raté à 4h du matin et plus de 1000$ de dommages réclamés à mon collègue. Le service client devait être revu sérieusement. Néanmoins, quelques gentilles demoiselle à la réception équilibrent.

Not a 5* hotel, far from it

It was a fantastic place to stay after our tour in the Masai Mara Thank you very much!

I arranged an airport pick-up with the hotel and nobody came to pick me up. I ended up taking the airport taxi. I pointed it out to the receptionist during check-in and the person did not seem to care. No apology. That was a really bad first impression. The room was average and definitely not a 5 star hotel. There were three elevators but it took forever to get on one, either they were just really slow or had electrical and mechanical problems.

It took me three tries and thirty minutes to get a key that worked for my room. Your staff could not have been less accoubtale.

Your staff work me up at 6:45 for no reason. Lights in room won’t turn off. Terrible choice wish I stayed elsewhere

Underwhelming experience from the property itself to the food and amenities. Not what is expected of a reportedly 5-star hotel.

The place is just nice . Clean, good food, very friendly staff etc. I enjoyed being there!

Conjection from non residents, lift waits and commotion’s

Very nice hotel. Great location with rooms overlooking the national park. But! The pool was out of order the whole week. No compensation offered. They will take your money if they can: - We arrived early. The room was ready, but they wanted 50 USD for an early check in. We declined, but I later realized that due to my OTA status this should be complimentary, but they obviously didn't want to honor that. - Overpriced food and drinks in the restaurant. - On the morning of departure we initially had some problems getting an Uber at first. I asked the concierge to call a taxi, which he declined! Instead we could use the "hotel taxi" to the airport for nothing less than 65 USD. Or take our chances with Uber or whatever. Which we did and ended up paying 8 USD (1020 KES) for an Uber (which included a nice tip). Shame on you Emara Ole-Sereni for trying to take advantage of people in a stressed situation!

Amazing as always. Sis loved it and will be back. Best way to bribe aunty to watch the kids 👌
