Excellent location, very well connected to Interlaken by public transport. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the sauna very enjoyable. I have loved the breakfast and the amazing views over the mountain Ridge.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel—everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm and attentive service. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I encountered went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially luxurious, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. One of the most unforgettable highlights was the breathtaking Swiss mountain views. Waking up to such stunning scenery each day truly elevated the entire experience and made my stay feel even more special. Overall, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I can’t wait to return for another stay!

The view from the hotel is simply amazing.

Breakfast was weird, and wasn't the greatest and clearly tailored to the asian market whilst not getting the basics right for the european aspects. Hot options were also cold. Maintenance is poor, when I checked into the room, the faceplates from the electrical sockets had completely fallen off exposing a live socket. Fortunately I was moved straight away. The lift had a flickering main light on arrival and the next day the bulbs had blown, meaning the lift was dark other then the light from the button. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, however the hotel suffers from an identity crises with different branding in places. Easily resolved by switching off the digital displays with the old branding, which are also advertising an non existing evening dinner service. The restaurant is apparently undergoing some refurbishment although this is not evident with no works ongoing so I question whether its actually a staffing issue. Views are absolutely stunning and the bed comfortable, its just a shame the other aspects of the hotel dont match. Has alot of potential if done right!

Das Hotel wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und wieder in Betrieb genommen. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung die Natur zu geniessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sind wahre Allrounder.

Very friendly staff. Dinner was conveniently offered in the hotel restaurant. Beautiful view if the weather cooperates. If there is fog or rain you can’t really see the view from behind the hotel.

Good location, the receptionist Moni was nice and helpfull. Nice rooms though we did not view to the valley and mountains. Good gym and average breakfast with limited services. SPA acces was excludeed and very expenssive around plus 60-70 CHF

Excelente atención

Our family of five stayed at Beatenberg Hotel & Spa for five nights, and overall it was an excellent experience that we would happily repeat. Originally, we had booked a Family Suite via Expedia that could accommodate all five of us. As a precaution, we contacted the hotel directly prior to arrival, only to be informed that the reservation details from Expedia had not been properly transmitted and that the Family Suite could not be secured. Since the stay had already been prepaid, this was obviously concerning. What truly impressed us was how the hotel handled the situation. After discussing the matter directly with the hotel team, they kindly offered an alternative solution: two Junior Suites, secured side by side, entirely as a gesture of goodwill. This proactive and considerate response immediately reassured us. Both Junior Suites featured private balconies with stunning panoramic views, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. While we were not all able to stay in a single room as originally planned, the quality of the accommodation and the thoughtful arrangement more than compensated for it. The children loved having space, and the views alone made each morning memorable. Thanks to the hotel’s professionalism and genuine hospitality, we enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing and satisfying five-night stay. For us, this experience demonstrated what excellent service truly means. We would very much like to return with our family again in future.

Hôtel à l'ancienne avec beaucoup de charme. Le personnel est absolument adorable et aux petits soins, et la vue depuis la chambre sur le lac et les montagnes était incroyable ! Seul bémol, le restaurant, où nous avions réservé pour le réveillon du 24 décembre. La qualité n'était pas du tout à la hauteur du prix et des photos.

El lugar es rústico, conserva antigüedades en su decoración, no cuenta con caja fuerte en la habitación, el lugar es tranquilo y seguro, el servicio es bueno, personal amable, la relación precio calidad van acorde.

The staff was wonderful, going above and beyond to make us comfortable. The rooms had fans, which was very important in the August heat.
