I made a reservation through Hotels.com with a "pay at the hotel" option. A few days before check-in, the hotel contacted me saying that prepayment was required. They then stated that the prepayment wasn't working and that my reservation might be canceled. I was already traveling in Europe and tried to pay using three different international credit cards through a link the hotel sent, but all attempts failed. Since these cards worked perfectly fine elsewhere, I'm certain the issue was with the link provided by the hotel. The problem wasn't resolved even the day before check-in, and the hotel informed me that the reservation would be canceled. I managed to prevent the cancellation by explaining the situation over the phone. If you have no intention of accepting on-site payments, why offer a "pay at the hotel" option in the first place? Considering travelers, wouldn't it be better to inform guests about prepayment requirements at least a few weeks in advance? Who would want to feel anxious about their hotel reservation possibly being canceled up until the day before check-in, especially when there might be penalties for canceling within 24 hours? I find this to be a very unreasonable situation. If prepayment is required, do not accept reservations with a "pay at the hotel" option. If you insist on processing prepayments outside of platforms like Hotels.com, then at least implement a solutio

Newly renovated hotel with carefully preserved Parisian charm! Impeccably clean with thoughtful service. Location is very convenient next to a metro & bus stop, with a back alley full of great shops, from fruit stands, classic boulangerie/patisserie to premium chocolate to specialty cheese shops. Also a supermarket and pharmacy right around the corner. Walking distance to Catabomb (3 min) and Jardin Du Luxembourg (18 min). Uber ride to Gare De Lyon took us 20 minutes

Hotel limpo, cama confortável, cafeteira Nespresso no quarto, roupão e chinelo. Extremamente bem localizado para quem busca uma experiência parisiense a algumas estações dos principais pontos turísticos. A linha RER B conecta diretamente o hotel ao aeroporto CDG, sem necessidade de troca de trens. Não deixem de visitar o rooftop e desfrutar de uma belíssima vista da cidade

Location, location, location as they say. Great spot with a subway line right at the corner and the Catacombs are right there, as well.

I might add another star for the location the hotel is well located near the Metro and buses. I had a problem with the hairdryer that was not working i asked for another one they told me we don't have another one, but after arguing with the receptionist and told her the hairdryer was in the description of the room. she brought me another one.

Small room, no shelving for clothes, nowhere to put suitcases, sink was in the bedroom giving even less space. Hotel staff not particularly friendly. Decent location right next to the Metro but would not stay here again.

Great location, very good service and close to a metro stop. Plenty of restaurants, cafés, supermarket and shops nearby. Spacious rooms with a modern vibe. Great!

Excellent hotel, very comfortable bed and extremely clean rooms. Rooftop views are beautiful. Superb location. Matilda on reception was very helpful.

Les chambres sont propres, le personnel poli. Mais le petit déjeuner est pauvre par rapport a son prix, la salle toutes petites, on est obligés d attendre son tour. Heureusement qu'il ne s'agissait que d une nuit, car pas de porte manteau ni de placard dans la chambre. Le lavabo est dans la chambre et non dans la salle de bain par manque de place. Meme pas une chaise.(bon en meme temps la chambre est trop petite pour ajouter ca en plus). Cependant la literie est très confortable

The room was so small, we could hardly move. We only had two small backpacks and we aren't big people. Some staff members were friendly but some were not. No really lobby. And the elevator! It barely fit two of us (we are not big people) and felt claustrophobic. Will not come back
