Clean room, attentive staff. The only thing i frowned upon was the breakfast food because everything, from the eggs to the bacon to the waffles tasted like fish. Perhaps the cooking oil used was previously used in cooking fish. Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to stay. It’s also economically friendly.

Great location and clean and nice. Wonderful back veranda which I enjoyed eating breakfast on every morning and sitting outside at night close to the cruise ships. Lots of restaurants to walk to grocery store nearby in about 10-20 minutes to ever nicey Beaches

Don’t desk very helpful and friendly. Breakfast area needs additional garbage area as the one they had filled quite quickly. People didn’t know where to put their used plates or garbage.

The only complaint I had was that the hotel offered a bay view room, which I chose. However, couldn’t see the bay because they neglected to say that cruise ships docked right outside our window every damn day.

Disappointing Service for the Price We recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas and while the stay itself was fine, it did not meet expectations—especially at $750+ per night. The biggest issue was the lack of service. Our room was never serviced during our stay, which was frustrating given the price point. For that nightly rate, we expected a much higher level of attention to detail and overall guest experience. The room itself was adequate, but the amenities and overall offering simply did not justify the cost. At this price range, guests should expect consistent housekeeping, better service responsiveness, and a more elevated experience overall. The property has potential, but management needs to address service standards to align with the rates being charged.

There was an issue of excessive noise (doors slammed, tv’s cranked way too loud, yelling in the hallway/ect) Saturday nite tween 10 pm and 1 am. I called the front desk and alerted them to the issue at midnight. This may have been the aftermath of a kids bday party earlier in the afternoon that took over the entire pool and outside lounge area. Like 20+ kids and their parents. I think the hotel did the best they could with the rowdy parties, so I don’t hold the staff responsible. The hotel could have more security as I did not see any other than at the front door. But I would without hesitation stay here again.

Too expensive for one thing. I had to add on a day to a pre booked trip because of the snow emergency in Boston. That’s not your fault, I know. But after a full day of travel I arrived at the hotel, tired and hungry, again, not your fault, we’re getting there. The hotel restaurant was booked by a private party, sweet 26 birthday or something, again, not your fault. Now the complaint part…desk clerk calls taxi for me to transport to restaurant, where ostensibly I could eat dinner. Clerk says taxi will be here in ten minutes, I could wait in front of hotel. Cool. Before I move into next part, I have to mention I am presently mobility impaired, walking with excruciating back pain due to upcoming procedure. I get outside to wait for alleged imminent taxi, nothing…10 minutes…20 minutes, go back in lobby to check with clerk, he acts like he’s never seen me before in his life. Here’s where I mention that out front of the hotel, there is no bench, no seats, there’s not even a hedge or a column U could lean to support myself for this long wait. At 35 minutes, gave up, thanked the desk clerk (admittedly sarcastically) went back to my room and cried myself to sleep. (of course I didn’t cry myself to sleep, that’s silly. I beat my children) I’m only reporting this because there seems to be a kink in the chain of good customer service here, and with so many products being out there and similar, sometimes customer service is the only thing that differentiates “good” from “excellent”.

When i reserve the Hampton hotel in st thomas Travelocity had two rooms one with a Ocean view and one with a street view i rented the ocean view to see the Ocean and of course pay extra per night all i got was HUGE CRUISE SHIP...every day for 5days ...try to tell management about this and this is what they say (Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience, we are on a cruise dock, and the cruise ships come pretty much every day and leave during sunset hours. -Alianna)i have called Travelocity and they keep giving me the run around.charging extra for a room and all you see is Huge cruiseship is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Absolutely fantastic service. These girls are hard workers, multi taskers which you never see...Always helpful and with good attitudes. Out of their way helpful... We cant thank the girls at the front desk for making this stay everything it should be. Easy and fun they were so helpful with calling cabs, recommendations, and making Everything happen easily for us. We will be back to the Hampton in St Thomas 1000%!

Amazing new hotel with great staff. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops. Very reasonable supermarket about a minute walk from the hotel. No complaints at all and will 100000% stay here again. Only thing is that you have to take about a 15 min drive to the beach make sure to have cash bc they charge $12 a person.

They have not honored the payment agreed upon by Expedia and charged my card twice without authorization after I left then attempted a refund and took it back. They also had us in the system for an extra day after we checked out. At this point I am thinking this hotel is attempting to commit fraud with my card and contacting the bank.
