Go to the My Order page on your Traveloka application at the reception.

Tap "View Voucher and How to Redeem".

Select the Voucher you want to redeem then slide the button at the bottom of the page.

Offline exchange:

Show the Traveloka voucher and proof of your vaccination at the reception.

Tap "View Voucher and How to Redeem" to view the voucher QR code.

Show the QR code at the reception.

Visitors must be at least 12 years old and have been vaccinated.

Customers are required to download the PeduliLindungi application on their mobile phones and follow health protocols while in the location.

Batavia Barber reserves the right to refuse customers who are unable to present a valid ID.

Customer Service will contact you by phone to confirm the time slot you have booked for a maximum of 45 minutes after the voucher has been issued.

If you do not receive a phone call within 45 minutes after the voucher has been issued, please contact Customer Service by telephone.

You can reschedule within the validity period if there are available time slots.

Refunds will be processed according to the Cancellation Policy.

Batavia Barber has the authority to refuse customers who are more than 15 minutes late. In this situation, this booking is non-refundable. You can reschedule if it is still within the validity period.
