- If you will be picked up at a hotel, please include your hotel name and room number, along with other important information, in the "Special Requests" column before making payment.
- You must be at the pickup location at the pickup time. If you are not ready for pickup at the specified time and location, the tour will depart without you, and your order will be considered forfeited. You can submit a request to change the schedule based on the tour operator's approval and availability on your chosen date.
- At pickup, show your valid Traveloka voucher (not proof of transfer or invoice) on your mobile phone to the tour operator.

Accommodation, transportation, and food are subject to change. The tour operator will replace them with similar services/items based on availability, type, and standards stated in the itinerary.
