Receiving the eSIM QR Code

Ensure your device supports eSIM activation.
Sim2Go will issue your eSIM QR code within 2 hours during operating hours (daily at 08:30 - 21:30 local time).
Once issued, Sim2Go will send your eSIM QR code in a separate email from hello@sim2go.vn.
If your booking is made outside operating hours, the QR code will be sent the next day during operating hours.
Make sure to check on the QR code validity period once received.
The QR code cannot be used after the validity period has passed.
Please note that the eSIM is active after installation.
Save the eSIM activation QR code to your device or take a screenshot for easy access.

On the Scan QR code step, select Enter Details Manually.
2.
Input the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code provided by your provider, which can be found in your email or on their app/website.
3.
Follow the remaining steps as before to complete the activation.

Check EID number availability by dialing *#06# or by viewing the list of compatible devices here.  

Booking Reminders

Ensure your email is correct and active to receive the eSIM QR code.
Once your order is confirmed, Sim2Go will issue your eSIM QR code within 2 hours during operating hours (daily at 08:30 - 21:30 local time).
You must scan the eSIM QR code sent to your email by hello@sim2go.vn for activation.
If booked outside operational hours, the QR code will be sent the next day.
Save the eSIM activation QR code to your device or take a screenshot for easy access.
For more information on eSIM activation, usage, or troubleshooting, contact customer service at +84-836-99-66-55 or hello@sim2go.vn (available daily from 08:30- 21:30). Queries outside these hours will be replied to the next day.

Validity and Refunds

Make sure to check on the QR code validity period once received.
The QR code cannot be used to activate the eSIM after its validity period expires. Please activate it before the expiration date.
The eSIM validity period starts upon activation.
A refund is issued only if the eSIM is defective. You must provide a screenshot displaying the eSIM error.

Service Usage

This eSIM is only valid in the supported regions.
Supports 4G/3G and hotspot sharing with potential of speed reduction.
Network speeds might be faster in urban areas and slower in rural or remote regions.

Data and Speed

The eSIM includes a data allowance based on the chosen package.

Installation Requirements

Connect to stable WiFi before scanning the eSIM QR code.
Turn off data roaming on your original SIM to avoid high roaming charges.
The QR code can be installed only once on 1 device and cannot be transferred to another device. Do not delete after binding.
The eSIM will be activated immediately after installation. Install the eSIM on the date of use.
