นโยบายการคืนเงิน

ค่าเช่าจะคิดตามจุดนัดรับ/นัดส่ง เส้นทาง และประเภทของรถยนต์
ค่าเช่าจะรวมค่าคนขับ ค่าน้ำมัน ค่าผ่านทาง และค่าที่จอดรถ รวมถึงภาษีบริการ 10% จาก Kanigara
ผู้โดยสารจำเป็นต้องชำระค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมที่เกิดจากการเปลี่ยนจุดนัดรับและนัดส่ง โดยจะต้องชำระเป็นเงินสดให้กับพนักงานหรือคนขับรถของ Kanigara โดยตรง
ราคาสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

To support the government’s large-scale social restrictions policy (PSBB) in the Jakarta metropolitan area (Jabodetabek), which, among others, limits the number of people traveling in a car, please be advised of the number of passengers allowed in our Airport Transfer (private car) services starting from 10 April 2020:
1. Car Passenger Capacity 3 – 4 : Passengers Allowed 1 – 2
2. Car Passenger Capacity 5 – 7 : Passengers Allowed 1 – 3
3. Car Passenger Capacity 8 – 10 : Passengers Allowed 1 – 5
We would also like to remind you to keep your distance with the other passengers inside the car.
Please note that the provider has the right to cancel your booking if the number of passengers exceeds the amount allowed.
Passengers traveling from the airport must contact the driver directly to meet at the pick-up location. Please see your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.
Passengers can change their flight details or contact info by calling Traveloka Customer Service.
Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 30 minutes from the agreed pick up time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
Passengers traveling from the airport must show up max. 1 hour (for domestic arrivals) or 2 hours (for international arrivals) from the agreed pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled and cannot be refunded.
For passengers who provide their valid flight numbers, Kanigara guarantees extra waiting time in Kanigara of flight delays. If your flight is delayed, please call Kanigara at 0821 4260 0062 / +623199784642 or before boarding to get further confirmation.

ผู้โดยสารจำเป็นต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อจำกัดด้านสัมภาระและผู้โดยสารสำหรับยานพาหนะที่เลือก ตามที่ได้รับทราบระหว่างจอง

ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้โดยสารขับยานพานะของ Kanigara
ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้โดยสารใช้บริการ Kanigara เพื่อก่ออาชญากรรมหรือการกระทำผิดกฎหมาย
ผู้โดยสารจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อผลที่เกิดขึ้นจากการละเมิดนโยบายที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น

กำหนดเวลาใหม่ได้ภายใจเวลา 3 ชั่วโมง ก่อนเวลารับ
กำหนดเวลาใหม่ขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมของรถ
การจองใหม่ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย อย่างไรก็ตามหากมีความแตกต่างของราคาค่าเช่าระหว่างตารางเวลาเก่าและใหม่ ผู้โดยสารจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบความแตกต่าง"

สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ หากยกเลิกการจองภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลานัดรับที่ตกลงกันไว้
จะได้รับเงินคืน 100% ของค่าเช่า
คืนเงินผ่านช่องทางชำระเงินที่ใช้ในการจอง
