Please note that the provider has the right to cancel your booking if the number of passengers exceeds the amount allowed.
Passengers traveling from the airport must contact the driver directly to meet at the pick-up location. Please see your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.
Passengers can change their flight details or contact info by calling Traveloka Customer Service.
Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 30 minutes from the agreed pick up time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
Passengers traveling from the airport must show up max. 1 hour (for domestic arrivals) or 2 hours (for international arrivals) from the agreed pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled and cannot be refunded.
For passengers who provide their valid flight numbers, Kanigara guarantees extra waiting time in Kanigara of flight delays. If your flight is delayed, please call Kanigara at 0821 4260 0062 / +623199784642 or before boarding to get further confirmation.
