When I arrived at the the hotel and presented them with my confirmation number and email from hotels.com they did nit honor the reservations stating that they do not accept reservations and that I would have to get refunded through hotels . Com and pay them additional cash to stay. I was very disappointed as i had already booked and paid for my stay online. After dealing with front desk for an hour they finally brought management who said he would then resolve the issue, that’s when he said to me I should get refunded through hotels.com and pay them the cash and I will be able to stay there. I did not pay them anything else, instead I went and stayed at another hotel. Do Not Book with these people

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. We were here for our hineymoon, and I do wish it could have gone a bit smoother. There was confusion about my reservation at check-in. Though it was sorted out, not the kind of stress you want to deal with on your wedding night. "Free breakfast" varied. They were not consistent with what was free or not. Finally they decided it would only be free for 1 person and we would have to pay for the other. Supposedly you had to have an upgraded room for the other person to eat. Again, not fun to deal with on your honeymoon, but whatever. The location is also not the closest to the most frequented spots, but it was a relatively calm and quiet area. They keep the place clean and overall things looked updated. I just wish that for what we were paying and for the purpose of our trip, service and professionalism would have been better.
