Everything about our stay was absolute perfection. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel iteself was gorgeous, the room was pheoimenal (the in-room sauna and soaking tub were miraculous) and the spa and restaurants were spectacular!

First night in Albania, I arrived well past midnight due to delays with my journey from London. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they assured me someone would be there to meet me, which they were. This is a luxury hotel (and Art gallery!) with breathtaking views over the city, as well as a wide array of wellness services which I sadly did not have time to experience. The staff are so lovely and made me feel very welcome, especially the reception staff. They all speak perfect English and couldn't be more helpful. They even booked me a taxi on my departure and ensured the price was fair for me. The bar and restaurant are also fantastic, high quality ingredients. Couldn't recommend more. Clean room, amazing hotel, favorite bit was the view from the infinity pool, overlooking Tirana and the mountains! Breakfast was tasty too. Staff was very helpful and nice, especially Arta!

Hôtel au top, personnel très sympa et accueillant, les chambres sont propres. Le rooftop est magnifique surtout le soir, dommage que les places sur les matelas sont payantes, mais les transat sont gratuit. La salle de soir est très grande, le cour de cross fit est top avec un coach très sympa. Pensez à bien faire tamponner votre ticket de parking pour ne pas payer.

Please be aware this hotel is a boutique hotel in which Expedia fails to mention. Upon arrival it was clear due to the lack of amenities this property was a boutique hotel. When checked in, cigarette buds were found underneath the beds and a wet bedding was placed. When complained, the receptionist failed to take appropriate steps and stated ‘it was not fully tumble dried properly and to leave it to air dry’. Communication is non existent. The receptionist rarely pick up calls and tend to ignore unless you attend the reception area to raise an issue. When this was raised with Expedia, they failed to adequately investigate this issue and contact the hotel to get this immediately resolved. They responded with emails stating “ unfortunately we have tried to contact the hotel but unable to get through” - I am not so sure on how this response was supposed to help me! I was very uncomfortable and requested a full refund and there was nobody to help! I had no choice but to stay at the property, only to later discover our room was infested with bed bugs. When raised with the property, they failed to help and brushed the situation with “ we will provide your refund”. Then later to state “ we will do it when our financial service is opened at 9am but you will not be here as you’ll have checked out” I was very stunned by this as it was clear the games the property was conducting. They were delaying processing a refund in hopes that I will not proceed with my complaint. STAY AWAY!

Al check in non siamo stati opportunamente informati sulla colazione, che pensavamo fosse inclusa e che ci hanno confermato fosse inclusa, una volta al check in hanno chiesto 30€ in più per una colazione veramente risicata e basica. Ho chiesto varie volte della frutta che era finita già alle 10, e non mi è mai stata portata. Il ristorante è molto bello per le foto ma il sevizio è pessimo. La zona è un po’ isolata, molto tranquilla. La camera era ok pulita e in ordine e spaziosa, ma per la cifra che ho pagato non è assolutamente idonea, ho chiesto il rimborso per la colazione che appunto mi avevano loro confermato che fosse inclusa e non ho mai avuto risposta.

Great place highly recommend !

The front desk staff made my stay and experience in Tirana well worth it. Arta is an amazing professional who is direct yet polite. The pool and food at the rooftop is worth everything. Rooms are comfortable and Internet works well in the room (not in the lobby or rooftop). Artistic design (check out the floor where breakfast is served) of the hotel is quite unique. Though the rooms can be renovated to match rest of the hotel. Overall, a great stay and I will definitely recommend or come back to stay again!

Très déçu par cet établissement, les photos sont trompeuses. L’environnement de l’hôtel est un chantier permanent. Il n’y a rien à faire autour de l’hôtel une voiture est obligatoire pour aller en ville. Le petit déjeuner est nul dans une pièce sans fenêtre, décorée de nappe noire, on dirait une pièce funéraire. Nous avons été vraiment très très très déçu. Ascenseur en panne, obligé de porter les bagages au deuxième étage par les ascenseurs. Le seul point positif dans cet hôtel, c’est la piscine, et encore si tu veux t’allonger sur les transats au bord de la piscine, il faut payer un supplément
