Très déçue nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour profiter du spa et finalement il n'est ouvert que le weekend

When checking in and seeing what our room options were, we wanted to cancel our booking immediately. The rooms are not the cleanest, and had a problem with hot water at one point. There were stains on the coffee table that the house keeper wouldn’t wipe, the floors looked and felt dirty, the couches looked like there never been cleaned. The room upgrade was a waste of money as the room was very small, view was OK, the beach in the property is very small and not at all what I expected. When we tried to cancel our booking we were told we wouldn’t get a full refund and would lose the 1 night stay as penalty. When asking for cancellation confirmation the staff member was rude, wouldn’t provide a receipt, kept rolling his eyes and he spoke in a very low tone, I could barely hear him. Because he wouldn’t provide cancellation confirmation, we decided to stay as we thought Expedia won’t provide the rest of the refund without proof!! The hallways are very musty, the carpets are so dirty and stained. Breakfast was OK, coffee was extra and not included, it was €4/coffee may I add. I would never stay here again!

We had the biggest room in the hotel, and only one bathroom, family of three, not happy about!!

Summary of our stay: Unnecessarily inconvenient. This hotel has some great things about it. but also some things that are just unnecessarily inconvenient. overall the stay at this hotel is good the Rooms are Ok. our room had a lot of things that were broken or half broken; the chairs had broken legs, the toilet roll holder was loose and the shower door was also loose. The going up buttons to call the elevator in our floor. (3rd) did not work, so we had to press the down button to call the elevator. which meant we often had to travel with the elevator down first before going up to the roof for the restaurant) it's not a big deal but just annoying. To get the towels for the beach and pool area you have to go down to the basement in the parking lot. why can't the girl sitting by the pool, admitting guest to the pool area have the towels so guest doesn't have to try to navigate this hotel? I don't know. We asked in the reception If it's possible to look at the rooftop pool area which cost 25 euro to use per person per day (quite pricy) but there was no way that was possible (If I'm paying 50 euros for me and my wife to access an area I want to see what I get). at the pool area I asked for an espresso from their espresso machine at around 1PM. but that was not possible. they stopped using the espresso machine after 11AM and only served cheap instant coffee. This hotel could be really great, it could be an amazing stay, instead it ended up being a mediocre stay at best

Great hotel, great location, nice room, walking distance to city sentrum, nice hotel employes, great parking and the hotel looked fantastic. Loved my stay at the hotel

Our hotel room had issues. Didn’t lock from inside. Property looked tired and played out. There is an outdated collateral system for towels for the beach and pool. The buffet was average at best. The Waterfront area was dirty with cigarettes and containers floating in the water. We really wanted to love this place, but left unhappy and would never Recommend anyone to stay. The only positive thing is that the staff was very nice, but I felt they were constricted and restricted within their roles. There are many other places to stay in the surrounding area and I would hope they step up their game.

The staff is rude : doesn't Say hello and respond when we Say it. They give us only one room card for 3 adults in the room and refused to give another which created issues and inconfort. During the breakfast, they are harcelling us to take the vessels and dont let us finish to get ouf breakfast in calm. The swimming pool in picture used for promotion is billeable 25euros. Overall i dont recommend the stay, for this Price we Can expect a better experience and services from the staff

Great place and super nice hotel. Great views and the infinity pool was awesome. Just a small hike from the boardwalk with all the shops but plenty of food everywhere

Vi kom tid en bra tid innan rummet skulle vara klart och incheckningen på sidan sa mellan 11-15. När vi kom dit så var det endast vid 15 man kunde checka in. Dom löste ingenting kring detta. Vi fick sedan ett rum som luktade väldigt illa… innan vi checkade in på boendet så sa dom att vi har tillgång till alla faciliteter men vart vi än rörde oss behövde vi ha rumsnummer, vilket vi inte fått än. Så allting blev bara omständigt. Boendet i sig har flera våningar men det finns bara en hiss som alla använder, även personal så hissen är oduglig. Det ska vara familjevänligt men tycker att faciliteten inte tillåter det med tanke på hissen, alla trappor, omständigheterna kring solstolar och höga musiken i poolområdet. Mitt betyg 2,5/5.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit seitlichen Blick nach Korfu. Umfangreiches Angebot des Hotels und freundliches Personal. Wir kommen wieder.

The hotel was good , the rooms clean and the staff were very pleasant, my only issue was that it wasn’t made clear that most of the facilities were closed because of the season, the main bars were closed, the main restaurant was closed and they wouldn’t even make cocktails at the only bar that was open. The surrounding area was closed but decent bars and restaurants were open in the main town.

Hotellet er jevnt over bra, med god standard. Rommet var moderne og fint, og renholdet her var helt strålende. Det var derimot teppegulv i gangene (ikke viktig, men allikevel) som var veldig ekle. Utrolig hyggelige ansatte både ved restaurantene, ved frokosten og bassenget. Eksepsjonelt god badevakt som hadde full kontroll på alle! Servicepersonellet i resepsjonen var ikke like hyggelige, men vi fikk hjelp til det vi hadde behov for. Fine bassenger, deilig ved stranden og vi har bare kost oss. Et lite minus for ALT FOR HØY musikk ved bassenget utover ettermiddagen (høyttalerne var ikke gode nok for lydnivået) Vi kan fint komme tilbake.

Do not get sucked into the Instagram promotions for this hotel. It’s as though the hotel staff deliberately try to be as rude and unhelpful as possible! The floor plan of the hotel is the worst I’ve ever seen not to mention the 1 elevator that can barely fit 4 people in it. Once you find the right one you’ll be waiting for a while! The food is average at best although I didn’t get food poisoning so that’s a plus. The music is so loud it’s impossible to have a conversation and the genre is either 2am club dance music or hip hop. The roof top pool is accessible for €36 each. Fair to say I wouldn’t go back to this hotel even if they paid me. I usually don’t bother to leave reviews but this place just left me wanting to go home as soon as possible..

Styr unna Saranda (veldig turistisk og kaotisk) og dette hotellet. Frokosten var bra, men ellers ikke verdt å besøke restaurantene der. For å komme inn på bassenget på øverste etasje (som de reklamerer for på bildet) må man betale 30 euro pr.person. Kun 1 heis tilgjengelig så de fleste brukte trappene.
