Calafate Parque Hotel

Cama confortável, café da manhã bom, mas sem variações, ou seja, todo dia é a mesma coisa. Ponto negativo é o isolamento acústico. Ouve-se movimentações e outros barulhos indesejáveis dos quartos vizinhos. Peca muito neste sentido. Pontos positivos: academia ok, jacuzzi excelente, bem localizado e tem bicicleta free para os hóspedes.

Fue bueno en general un 9/10, lo único a mejorar son la limpieza de roda pies de camas y mueble de televisión, cuidar un poco mas el olor de las habitaciones, todo lo demas fue perfecto el desayuno muy bueno, super centrico, la atención espectacular.

Alles bestens, das Hotel liegt zentral. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr abwechlungsreiches Frühstück.

Excelente Hotel!

Very nice staff and the location is good with a huge caveat: there's a house across the street with multiple dogs barking all day and night. There's lots of stray dogs in El Calafate and so every time they walk by its a concert of barking. Our first room was facing this house and the hotel couldn't did move us the first night, but did the next night. Bikes on property were easy to get. Breakfast was simple but good enough. The gym was nice. Easy walk to the main strip. Rooms could definitely use a refresh as they're definitely getting a little aged.

La atención del personal del restaurante no fue muy buena . Pregunté si podían preprarme un platillo para llevar a habitación y no me contestaron.

Worst ‘4 star’ hotel we have stayed at, poor customer service and terrible room. Room was the noisiest place, constant sound from room above, corridor and from rooms either side. Absolutely no sound proofing! Also had noise from possible a generator/water heater not sure but again so loud and constant. We got barely any sleep, room was too hot and with the window open to try and cool it down the noise from the busy road and neighbourhood made everything worse. No air conditioning and even when we turned the heating down the heater was still pumping out hot air. There was no effort from staff to help when we said we were leaving a day early as couldn’t manage staying for another night. No compensation either, this place is definitely not a 4 star hotel - probably the worst we have stayed at all holiday. Also for other knowledge spa is only open 1pm-9pm so no chance of you arrive late - so do not book this relying on that. Again not like other 4 star hotels when they are open 7am-10pm… The internet was basically non-existent again very shocking for a supposedly good hotel, when we got better on Easter Island! Restaurant had very poor customer service and slow. Initially walked in, nobody was around. Then after checking with the waiter we were given wrong information about the menu so ordered something we couldn’t eat! As it was late we didn’t want to wait another 30 mins to be given different food so all we had that night was soup… Do not book here expecting 4 star!!

Good location, however Room was not clean , smell very bad, noisy (dogs barking all night) , very small room .. we had to move to another hotel

Pristine location. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Hotel is clean and cozy.

The room and bathroom outdated. Not very clean

Pleasant and comfortable rooms, although definitely not soundproof so bring your ear plugs. We liked the location, steps to Main Street where all the businesses are. I would have liked the staff to be a bit friendlier / warmer, especially the front desk staff, but I don’t have any major complaints. Honestly I’d say this place is over priced no doubt because of its location but it’s a solid option.

El hotel en gral está muy bien, el desayuno es tradicional, fruta, huevos y puedes preparar sándwiches, es bueno

Esse hotel foi um dos 5 que fiquei em minha viagem em família pela argentina e esse foi inanime o melhor. O hotel em si é um charme, muito bem decorado, iliminação acolhedora, tudo de muito bom gosto. O quarto uma delícia, o único incoveniente era o cheiro do carpete, mas abríamos a janela e passava. A localização maravilhosa, quase na rua principal de calafate. Mas o café é o ponto mais alto, que delícias! Tudo de otima qualidade, otimas opções também, amamos.

We enjoyed our stay at the Parque Hotel. It’s very close to the high street in El Calafate, with plenty of restaurants and shops which are all within walking distance. Breakfast was the main highlight - there’s a good variety of savoury and sweet foods, as well as local specialties. Our room was clean but unfortunately quite small and so was the bathroom (to the point that you can hardly turn around) so I would recommend a superior room if you’re looking for more comfort.

Clean bathrooms and great breakfast and location. The gym is open after 9am and it’s very limited. I heard the room next to me all night . There is no privacy. The walls are like paper.
