Great service ... free airport pick-up, breakfast, warm pre-heated room ... thank you

The room was warm, they offer free airport pick-up which was very useful, helpful staff and great breakfasts.

The room was very cold despite the presence of a small electric heater. I couldn't take a shower because there was no hot water. The staff was very kind and helpful, even in transporting me from the airport to the accommodation and back. Good breakfast.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a choice of rooms and the rooms were clean and warm. The beds were comfortable. I got a good nights sleep prior to flying in spite of the heavy traffic outside.

It is a nice family-run hotel in close to the airport. There is a free airport shuttle. Dra and his father are gentle and very helpfull hosts. Breakfast is good.

Convenient to the airport for an overnight stay. Rooms were basic but clean. Staff very helpful.

The place in close to the airport which is very handy. The most important thing is people running the hotel. Very nice and kind people. You feel like being part of the family here.

The property was gated and very secure with a warm vibe.

The host family takes great pride in their property, is very friendly and provides a clean, comfortable stay with a very nice breakfast. My flight arrived at 1 a.m. and they graciously agreed to provide me with transportation from the airport for a very low cost. (The location is just 5 minutes from the airport) I will stay here upon my departure from the country and any time I return in the future. I highly recommend Kesabella Touristic Hotel!!

We travelled along with 3 children of various age. The best part was hospitality, kids enjoyed every minute in Kesabella

Была 2 раза - первый раз ещё терпимо, только трансферт задерживался по прилету, пришлось звонить, уточнять(( . .и жить пришлось на 2-м этаже, но мне, человеку в возрасте, было тяжело подниматься и спускаться по крутой лестнице, попросила в следующий раз подготовить номер на 1-м этаже ( номеров больше 10-и, и почти все свободны)...Самолет в аэропорт прибыл по расписанию, но трансфера с обещанной бумагой в руках ,,Кесабелла,, опять не было(( Опять пришлось звонить (международный роуминг) Приехал сам хозяин, говорит только по английски, поехали в отель...Обращаюсь к нему - подготовили номер на 1-м этаже? Ответ: " Нет, там очень холодно, вы будете жить на втором этаже.." Я отказалась, и горько потом об этом пожалела(( ...на улице, наверное, теплее было (( (-2градуса) TV нет, батарей нет, не предусмотрено, кондиционер на обогрев, который всю ночь включался и выключался , и масляный электрический радиатор, который только к утру раскочегарился(( Спала в одежде, перед длительным перелётом не выспалась, настроение было испорчено(( ...завтрак включён с 8:30до 11:30... Летом, наверно, там чудесно, но мне не так повезло - декабрь-январь(( Ну и расстроилась, конечно, оттого, что знали мой день заезда, час прилета, и не подготовили ни трансфер к указанному времени , ни номер не "протопили"..)) Плюсы -недорого(1750₽), 2 км.от аэропорта, завтрак включён)) Для туристов с поздним заездом нужно САМИМ побеспокоиться об ужине-могут предоставить только чайник, или ужин за отдельную плату.. 3*

Great hospitality, excellently dependable shuttle service (at 3:20 AM), super clean room, good coffee, good hot shower, warm room, English TV channels. Can't ask for anything more. Definitely recommend to everyone as an airport hotel.

Difficult to find. Taxi driver could not find it so I used my GPS and then we went little by little until it appeared. Not much in the area but very convenient to the airport. No problem with 12:30 am trip to the airport for departure.

The manager is the best part of the deal! He speaks perfect English and is very friendly and helpful. He doesn't mind airport runs in the wee hours of the morning. The website has this labeled as a "hotel", but the sign on the entrance says "Kesabella Touristic House." So it's more like a bed and breakfast. The great thing about having early morning flights is that it is so close to the airport so you can sleep till it's just 20 minutes before you have to checkin. We didn't have the opportunity to experience their breakfast, but the WiFi was good. It was a bit hard for our taxi driver to find since there are no house numbers, so it's a good idea to have the phone number to call for directions.

オーナーが非常に親切なホテルです。飛行機が延着し夜中の２時頃到着しましたが空港の出口で待ってくれていました。帰る際は早朝５時に空港まで送ってくれました。観光についても色々アドバイスをいただきました。朝食も付いておりこの料金は破格。
