Agree with comments that the pool chairs and beach cabanas rental are very annoying. You don’t want to wake up everyday worrying about that Beach is nice, but I would rather stay at the Hyatt, same beach, but location is better, closer to restaurants and stores The service quality vary by person, some nice some not so nice The smelling in front of Ruth steakhouse and elevator is bad, they need to do something to fix that weird smell Atardi restaurant was amazing, qualify food and service, location, perfect Sushi place was very good too The bathroom was ok, configuration was funky, small shower, coffee machine is very old, not expecting a nespresso, but those small little things can make a difference Overall experience was ok, but next time I would probably try a different hotel Would definitely stay the palm beach again

The location had clean, easy access to the ocean. However, I must complain about parking—despite being guests, we couldn't find a space because many Aruban license plates were occupying spots, including some designated for handicapped parking.

This property in a word is phenomenal. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the views of the ocean in an ocean view room are stunning. The food offerings are spectacular as well.

The staff, amenities and location were great. Clean hotel with lots to do.

Easy accessible to the beach

Loved staying in a Tradewinds room. Having the lounge and our own area at the beach was a plus. We will stay here again. Very walkable to the other area hotels. I do wish they had a little more entertainment at night. There is construction going on until Dec. It bothered other people, but the construction didn’t bother us. They sectioned off areas of the pool to work on the patio. But the rest of the pool area was open. We were mostly at the beach though. They also had an area of the hotel where the rooms were closed because they had scaffolding and were renovating. But again, even sitting outside on the balcony it didn’t bother us. Honestly, the Dj‘s music was louder than the construction. That didn’t bother us either.

Construction everywhere, including our balcony. Staff completely unresponsive and didn't care. Blasting music with nowhere quiet on the property. Room was not ready after check-in time, no reason given, no approximate time provided. When we did get keys, four men were working in the room. At 10pm we entered the room to find a worker who spoke no English. When we managed to push aside the furniture on the balcony and get out the door, it was filthy and covered with construction debris. This was never cleaned during our entire stay. One morning the workers climbed off of the scaffolding onto the balcony and started working. We needed the sofa bed, but no bedding was provided. After multiple requests, someone knocked on the door and handed me a brown paper bag with sheets. So for over one thousand dollars a night, I was making the bed. When we finally fell asleep in spite of the blaring music, we received a call asking if we had received the sheets! The sofa bed was never put back together during our entire stay, so renting the suite so that we would have a sofa to sit on was useless. I booked a massage at the Spa, only to arrive and be told that my appointment wasn't at that time, in spite of confirmation messages and a phone call that morning. I could go on, but will just say, it's a beautiful facility, it's a shame that it's run so, so poorly!

We had a good view of the beach and pool area. The only problem was that they were working on the pavers around the pool area. We would hear the construction noises in the mornings. We were charged a daily resort fee which we did not expect. I feel that Expedia should have included that in the cost of the trip. The staff was courteous always willing to help. I would certainly recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

Our room (743) was taken care of by Emiliana (sp) who did an excellent job and was a very pleasant person a good Mariott Ambassador. We have always stayed at the Marriott Stelara and have never been disappointed in our room and service. Looking forward to our next visit.

great spot, clean rooms, easy access
