This place was unreal. From when we arrived to the day we were leaving the staff was great. The days we went were kinda gloomy but the last day we were there the sun was out and our ocean view was unreal. I travel around the world and been to so many high end spots but this hotel is unmatched for the views. Room service was great! Amin and Shabir always took are orders after midnight because we were jet lagged. Our food was always hot when we received it. Housekeeping made sure our rooms were clean especially the floors after going through the desert dunes with sand all over the floor. My opinion, this is a place for couples that wanna relax. This hotel is kid friendly and there was some kids but too be honest the lobby area was really quiet and if your kids are loud, just doesn’t look good when you’re a tourist. Good place for business and the area is like a 15 min walk from the mall and there’s an amusement center with a rollercoaster and Ferris wheel across the way just in case you bring kids . One of the most luxurious hotels i been to. Best shower money can buy. Must try. Amazing view.
