Great Location. Parking easy. Communication great. Major issue is noise. Room is not insulated appropriately and could not sleep due to train and road noise. Room excellent otherwise

i stayed at Adina Apartments on Flinders Street for easy access to Rod Laver Arena for a concert. it was a short walk down Batman Avenue, so the perfect location! parking was easy and conveniently located at the back. check in was super simple and Tyson at the front desk was very friendly. the room was massive with a great sized kitchen, a dining table that seated 6, TVs in the bedroom and in the main area with a comfy couch and coffee table. the bathroom is on the smaller sided but suited my requirements as a solo guest! my only complaint would be the traffic/road noise. it’s opposite the flinders train line and the windows don’t block out much noise. the bed was comfortable and massive. there are 2 elevators, but one is currently closed for maintenance, so there was a small wait but nothing dramatic! not sure if i’d stay here for a getaway as it wouldn’t be a quiet night with the outside noise, but it suited my requirement perfectly!

Loft apartments are fantastic. Quiet, stylish, spacious and with all the amenities you could want. It is stair access only but staff are incredibly helpful with bags. I’ve stayed here twice now and would happily pay to live here if it was an option.

Incredible location - we walked to Australian Open and it’s perfect with a store and bottle shop right next to the building. Our apartment was so spacious!

Amazing place to stay, love it!!! Very convenient if you are coming to the Australian Open the tram is just about 200 mt and takes two stops. Excellent location and service. Worthy the money. If I would been critical the only issue was the loft was in the second floor and with no lift was hard to take 3 suitcases. So for people with accessability issues, i wouldnt recommend

Customer service is always outstanding. Staff very accommodating for request to change room. Wonderful hotel. Such spacious rooms. Kitchen and bathroom looking well used and ready for renewal in time. Missing a few glasses and utensils in the kitchen. Minor in the big scheme, we made do. Wonderful place to stay. Adina sets the level of expectation at other hotels very high. Not the cheapest place to stay, but worth every penny!

Arrived to an unattended reception. Sign on desk said to call a mobile number. What's the point of checking in online? Room is large but old. Shower head was useless. Bathroom very basic, no amenities. Aircon was set on 'heat'. Only one powerpoint in entire living/dining area. No luggage rack/shelf.

Very well located but also located next to a busy train and tram line and also the road making it very noisy. We had 2 rooms, the first being set back from the road and was a lot quieter than the front room. Sleep was a struggle. Aside from that the place is clean, well appointed, large 2 room apartment perfect for us. We would definitely stay again but request a rear of building room for the quiet.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay the place was easy to find, very spacious and clean, great views across the Yarra River to MCG and tennis arena. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting something central and spotlessly clean. Will definitely be coming back to stay when next visiting Melbourne.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a view on arrival. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was a great location for what we wanted to do in Melbourne. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and we will be back.

Photos are deceiving and kitchen isn’t great and clean. Dirty amenities and kitchen ware to the bathroom not the greatest no smart tv and laundry took 5 hours to wash and dry and not open tried calling reception was a bit of a joke unhelpful came to Melbourne for a conference

Excellent property with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Close (walking distance) to Rod Laver Arena & MCG and a well-stocked IGA supermarket/convenience store is located next door to the property. Transport options are plentiful and close by. The noise of the trains running nearby was noticeable at first but not a deal breaker from my perspective. The spacious and well-maintained apartment I stayed in (13th floor) made up for that. I experienced no adverse issues during my stay and will certainly stay at Adina on Flinders again in the future. Highly recommended.
