Clean rooms, great views, comfortable beds . Great location and nice heating. Under cover off street parking & minimal nose from other apartments !will definitely be back

Very neat & tidy house with comfortable beds. Also has a beautiful view of the ocean.

Well maintained unit clean and fresh, well equipped, very comfortable bed AND a fantastic view of the ocean.

Great location. Very good contact and easy access to the property. Bathroom is bit dated but functional. Met our requirements.

Generally the apartment was a little outdated nothing that a bit of reno wouldn't hurt in batthroom & kitchen especially It would have been nice to have some glasses for drinks and some initial milk for a cuppa after a long drive. A little more care taken for dusting and sweeping wouldn't go astray Other than that nice stay & reasonably good veiw

Great experience visiting a runa farm. Loved eating raw tuna. Didn't think it tasted so different. Segway was a blast at the animal park. Storm was a bit sary especially on the ocean. Will come back one day.

Bathroom and kitchen very shabby. Windows filthy. No tea and coffee provisions. Very disappointed. Can’t review staff. There weren’t any.

So much potential for this little unit! If only the owners spent a few bucks fixing up all the little stuff - replace all the blown light globes, fix the exhaust fan in the bathroom, have some fresh linen, extra blankets, supplying more than one teabag (literally) in the canister, removing leftover food from previous guests, removing used toiletries from previous guests - seriously, no one is going to use any of the FOUR used toothpastes in the drawer, or the used razor, or used cakes of soap. More than one roll of toilet paper would have been nice too. The blurb about the facilities is exaggeration and lies! "Luxury bedding" - er no, polyester sheets and a poor excuse for a Doona, no extra blankets, sheets & towels had stains. Mattress was as hard as a rock and just as lumpy, pillows were all cheap, nasty polyester jobs. "Complementary toiletries" - sure, if you want to use half used shower gel, toothpaste, shampoo, razors and an empty toilet roll holder. "Flat screen TV with gaming consoles" - flat screen TV sure, but definitely not the one in the photo, half the size with a non working remote, and definitely no gaming console! Pirated DVDs were supplied though. No free WiFi either. "Dining room" - no, three bar stools and the kitchen bench is not a dining room. "Bottled water" - no, not supplied at all We weren't expecting the earth here, it's not a 5 star serviced apartment, but 3.5 stars is pushing the friendship! And fire the cleaners, they're crap at their job.

The apartment was dirty with food scraps on the sofa and on the floor.The sheets had stains and I believe that they had already been slept on.

While the location was good and central, with window & balcony views to Lincoln Hotel & ocean, shower worked well, kitchen equipped & washing machine & dryer useful, the apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. The apartment did not deliver as described / presented on the web site. The apartment needs thorough cleaning, attention to multiple maintenance issues & upgrading of furnishings, fixtures & bedlinen. Our experience was: Heating system not working until we sourced & replaced batteries; walls, countertops, architraves & furniture damaged, eg scuffed, paint & chunks missing. Dirty & stained lounge floor rug, poker chip pieces on floor & sidetable, dirty & stained coffee table runner, used tissues on coffee table shelf, TV remote not working, (Universal Remote unprogrammed to link w TV); small TV, (not as per website photo), both lounge sidelights not working, lounge downlight not working, coffee tabletop warped & splitting, completely melted candle & used matches in display unit. Dirty cups & utensils, painted counter tops damaged/chipped, downlight over sink not working. Smoke alarm hanging by wires from ceiling, wallclock not working. Dirty/stained sheets on main bed, dirty carpet. Bathroom exhaust fan, heater & 1 light not working; rusted shower curtain rails, towel rail lifting off wall, unmatched towels, used cake of soap in shower, mirror damaged.

Very disappointing stay will not be going back there is a lot of things that need to be fixed and improved
