Enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was fantastic we absolutely loved the excellent location it was easy to access all the nearby shops and attractions. Our room was super clean and cozy the bed very comfortable. Leon and Zus went above and beyond to assist us prior to our arrival. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

We stayed in a villa overlooking the garden. Although the property is obvious old it was spotlessly clean with a washing machine in the unit, a large fridge freezer and really well equipped kitchen. We could not ask for anything more from the unit. The staff were lovely and very helpful. If we came to Coffs Harbour again we would definitely stay here. There is a large shopping centre about 1/2 a KM away with a Woolworths and Aldi and many more shops which is very convenient.

Towns houses are spacious and clean. Property manager was very friendly on checkin. My kids (7 & 9) enjoyed the table tennis in the games room and the pool. The kitchen was well equipped. Location is excellent - close to shops, EV chargers and not far to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. One thing to note, the pool is not heated - Wotif listing and the sign out the front have not been updated to reflect this. It’s a great pool though.

The property is in perfect location, The property is near to Park beach plaza. I have requested for check in after 6:00PM and it was arranged. Hop on to Mc Donald's 24x7 when all shops are closed on Public Holiday.

Unit was comfortable. Could do with some odour nullifier.

What a great find, I was in a 2 bedroom apartment, I only needed 1, it had a full kitchen, living and dining area with a seperate toilet and bathroom with a2 Washing machine, The lady that checked me in and out was lovely, other customers in the lobby spoke highly of the place as well, best thing was it was super quiet ,

The garden view provided privacy and the property was in a great location for exploring around town.

Friendly service, comfortable beds, hit showers

We stayed in one of the townhouses. The complex is good but with a bit of TLC could look a lot nicer (pressure wash and paint). The townhouse was large, fit two small kids well. Lots of small maintenance issues, toilet that would take 30 mins to refill, fan knob broken, curtains broken, blind handle broken, can’t shut 2nd bedroom door as the bed was in the way. But overall it was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool area which was well maintained too. Would stay again.

The hotel met most of our needs, however, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room was comfortable and provided the essentials, but it felt like some details were overlooked that could have made the experience much better. One of the most notable issues was the lack of sheer curtains. The room had large windows, which allowed plenty of natural light, but without sheer curtains, we felt exposed. Anyone outside could easily see into the room, making privacy a concern. While there were heavier curtains for the evening, during the day, we would have appreciated the option of sheer curtains to enjoy the daylight without sacrificing privacy. Another challenge was the lighting in the room. There were only two lamps in the bedroom, which provided minimal light. The space felt dim, especially in the evening when we needed better lighting for reading or getting ready. Additional lighting or lamps in the living room would have helped brighten up the space and made it feel more inviting. The bathroom was generally well-maintained, but the shower head was too large for the shower space. It felt awkward trying to adjust the angle, and water ended up splashing out of the shower, making a bit of a mess. A smaller or more appropriately sized shower head would have been a better fit and improved the overall showering experience. On the positive side, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
