The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and tidy although getting a bit tired but that reflected in the reasonable price. It wasn't a problem for me to leave my car in the park after check-out when my medical appointment went an hour over time. It would be nice if the balcony and stair-well were swept and the walls washed.Great location for medical appointments as I traveled from noth of the border. Would recommend the motel.

Bit dated building, but was nice and clean. Bonus that they give you bread, juice, cereal etc would definitely recommended to others.

A clean but old and basic motel, reflected in the cost though. Handy to the CBD and in walking distance to a many great restaurants and cafes.

The Showerhead was Broken Spewed Water All Over the Floor. The Staircase Floor was Filthy. Plstic Plants had a Inch of Dust on them. They need to Mention parking conditions I had a van and hhad to find a Alleyway without grrting fined. No lifts for Diabled?

Staff were friendly and they looked after my bag when I arrived early which was appreciated. Room was 2 flights up and no lift. The place is old and dated but comfortable enough if you are looking for a cheaper option. Breakfast was bread for toast (which had mould) and an orange juice, tea bags etc . Corn flakes in a packet and milk in fridge. For $150/night I think there’s better options available.

When we got to our room we found as well as having cracks in numerous walls the room was filthy and it smelled as if someone had been smoking either in the room or on the balcony with the door open - after an hour of sitting in the room, even with the balcony door open, we felt we weren't breathing normally. We are both non-smokers and so this was very noticeable to us. It was stated on our booking confirmation that our room was non-smoking Along with a spiderweb beside the air conditioner there was black dust around the sides and bottom of it (I didn't look on top). There was noticeable dust above the doorframes and in the bathroom. One of the pillowcases on the bed was stained and very thin - we didn't investigate the bed any further. As far as I could see the continental breakfast was two packets of cornflakes that were sitting on top of the microwave and they didn't look that appetising, and the thought of eating in that room - that wasn't going to happen. We were offered another room but we just wanted to leave, it was not a pleasant experience. The young lady at reception was very apologetic and said she would talk to the manager about a refund, although wouldn't be able to get that night refunded. We got 50% of what we paid, which we agreed at the time because we were in the heat of the moment, whereas was that enough as that room was not fit for purpose

Room was clean and comfortable. Amazing shower pressure and temperature. Great and easy access to the major hospital precinct. Friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely chose to stay here again if the need arises.

The whole Motel is in need of a complete reno to bring it into this century. Very very old and neglected.

Clean room, decent amenities, very friendly staff. Some stains on the couch cushion that could be removed. Also, the hair dryer in my room didn't work. Otherwise, very convenient and reasonably priced.

The room is clean and generous with hot & cold drinks. Location very handy to Victoria Market, and tram to the city.
