Spacious room, but not well cleaned.

Great to stop over

Convenient and value for money. Accommodations in need of an upgrade/face lift but this aligned with the price. Only issue I had is heater did not work well (couldn't get it to warm the room) and bathroom was not the cleanest. We were a late check in, staff were great to deal with and helpful (late check in kiosk was broken, so they called us ahead of time to advise of back up plan to obtain room key).

Convenient location, easy to locate and parking provided.

Staff were great. Building very run Down in general. Was very expensive as it was cotm weekend but still overpriced.

I had a lovely stay the first night but the second was a little less to be desired. Not the owners fault but the person in the room above mine was up and down all night, stomping and dropping things. Refrigerator was a little noisy but didn’t keep you awake. The room needs some upgrades as the unit is looking a little tired but it was very clean and good value to the price. I would stay there again.

I liked the location of motel, staff was friendly too. I suggest breakfast should be included in this price.

Very generous sized room , very comfortable and quiet despite being by the road.

We were extremely disappointed. First of all, the property mixed up dates of our stay, charged us the money and refused to let us stay on our actual booked day. After chatting with wotif, they finally agreed after many phone call attempts. But this wasn't the worst, we were shocked to see the room with one double bed only for 4 of us. They were aware that we were going to check-in at midnight, so the key was left outside the reception. At midnight time we couldn't call anyone or get any help. My wife managed to squeeze in and sleep with our 2 kids but I had no place to sleep at all. There was no sofa etc at all which might have helped I had no choice but to sit on the chair and close my eyes, extremely terrible experiences. We have been to so many accommodations but this without a doubt, was the worst. Next morning, i had to drive again, so we left the key in the box and gone. Reception was still closed.

Got to the front counter, met the owner/staff, wanted early check-in fee for being half an hour early, even though the room was ready. But I'd seen enough to cut my losses and go find somewhere else. The rooms might be great, who knows? Glad I didn't self-check-in

The shower over the bath which was slippery was dangerous.

Good value for money. Great location

Property is in a great area for kids and families, however, the family room we stayed in was well below standard of expectations for a room. Albury is winter is cold, and the air conditioner in our room would not operate on its heat setting. The lights in the main bedroom would not work. You could use the shower if you were 5ft tall or less seeing the shower head was half way up the wall. The rooms are also rather old. I’d recommend spending an extra $50 and getting something nicer.
