Room was super clean and staff want me straight away when they found a missing item left behind on the bed

Stayed recently for 3 nights in a double room. Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was really good. Room included a microwave and toaster, which was very convenient. On the first night, we noticed the air con wasn't working as well as it should, which made the room a bit warm. We raised this issue with management who acted straight away to provide a more than acceptable solution. Staff, all the way from owner to all other staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location of hotel is close walking distance to several pubs, restuarants, Woolworths supermarket and the local Coffs Central shopping mall. Also has ample on site parking. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and again a special thank you to the owner for their resolution of the situation with the broken air conditioning.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, a bit of road noise, but you expect that as its on the highway. Very handy position.
