Our toilet was leaking all the time when we stayed. Noticed the reception but no action. Our friends' cabins ran out gas. So there was not hot water at first night. Cabins had a lot ants and cockroaches. So some of friends booked two nights but only stayed one night. Public kitchen was not cleaning till 8:30 am in the morning.

The room appeared not to have been cleaned. The floor was covered in dirt and the sink had grass on it. The blankets supplied in the rooms smelled terribly! It’s a shame, we stayed 3 months ago and had a much better experience then.

We have stayed at Big 4 parks before & this place isn't even close to being upto any standard of those, to say it is a hole is probably a compliment, firstly driving in the place looks & feels unsafe, there's plenty of sketchy people, permanent residents with junk everywhere, potholes that are massive, random feral kids living permanently there that swear and abuse you & we haven't even got into the cabin yet, the door feels like it is barely able to be locked, the sheets have stains and what appears to be dog hair all over them like they weren't cleaned from the previous tenants, the microwave is from about 50 years ago & takes 10 minutes to barely warm something up, the fridge freezes all your food, the tv is some sort of crap computer monitor that continually loses reception, the beds have the thinnest most uncomfortable mattresses that will almost certainly give you back pain, theres no soap or anything in the bathroom, the showerheads are way too low so you have to kneel to have a shower, next you need to get out of the cabin so you go for a walk to the pool area, the pool itself looks unclean & a weird colour, theres 4 bbqs, 2 gas ones that both don't work, then 2 electric ones with 1 barely working, the "games room" is garbage, the kitchen has barely anything that you would need in it, the bouncy pillow is just outside conveniently located next to the what appears to be the sewage storage, how this place is $180 a night is a joke, spend a little more & go elsewhere

Friendly staff, clean cabin, flexible as we had to stay an extra night due to a storm, pet friendly and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone as a great place to stay.

The cabin was nice and beds comfy. There was no hand soap for the bathroom or kitchen. The pool is nice, the kids loved it but there was no shades seated area in the pool area for supervising parents. The jumping pillow and playground is great but the caravan sewerage dump/pump out is right next to the pillow and playground so flies were full on. The main issue we felt was that there appears to be long term residence living in the grounds, maybe on social housing and gave an uncomfortable feeling (mental health/alternate habits)… Not what you expect for a Big4 caravan park.

The Big 4 was reasonably priced, easily navigated and is kept clean and tidy. As a family of 6 it is difficult to find accommodation that houses us all so we were incredibly happy to find the Big 4 has cabins that sleep up to 10 people.

Lovely family getaway great for children

The rooms were perfectly clean and the weekend was great,staff were very friendly and helpful and the park is close to attractions. I highly recommend the Big 4 Toowoomba

Fantastic site, friendly people

Very run down and surprising that this was a big 4 property. Bed was so uncomfortable and could feel every single spring. The property has a lot of long term tenants and is run down.

Very tired. “Heated pool” was freezing as was spa. Roads in poor condition. Mattresses past use by date. Cabin was well equipped, loads of quality linen and kitchen utensils. Wifi reception was inadequate.

Big 4 parks have never let me down
