Absolutely beautiful family weekend, everything was perfect, staff the pools,everything was clean. The kids swam 9hrs straight. Be back soon

Fantastic location with everything you need. Don't even need to leave. Beachfront, pools, bars, sports, gym etc beautiful rainforest setting. Helpful staff. Only thing that let it down was the cleaning of communal areas eg main pool had dirty food plates, cans etc sitting there for hours, rubbish, mouldy cushions etc. Otherwise awesome.

Room was tired . Bathroom was a nightmare with damaged shade sails over the glass roof made it hotter than a sauna! Staff were aware of it and it appears most of the Bure's had the same issue and hadn't been repaired in a long time

Suitable for family travel, cleanliness can be improved, facilities are older but still fully equipped.

I cannot recommend this resort for families with young children. The rooms are not toddler-safe; specifically, the bedroom has a fire door leading outside that cannot be locked from the inside, which is a major safety concern. The property feels significantly outdated, resembling an older home with a poor DIY renovation. We received no room servicing during our 3-night stay, were left with only one roll of toilet paper, and bin bags were not replaced. One of our original towels was stained upon arrival. The most disappointing aspect was the service. When requesting fresh towels at 8:30 PM because ours were wet from the pool, I was told there is a $2 charge per towel just to use them. The alternative offered was a packet of washing powder to wash the towels myself. I ultimately had to pay the fee just to dry my child.

Great resort style accommodation with onsite restaurant and nice swimming pools. Clean apartment. Only downside was people smoking in neighboring units

Dirty, bad fitness room

Staff were excellent! Breakfast staff always friendly and helpful esp as we have a coeliac in the family. Some facilities a little tired (gym, bathrooms) but always clean and functional.

Wonderful pools, great food loves the fire pits and dining facilities. Grounds and environs. Spacious room with excellent bathrooms.

This was our way back trip. The shower area is over a high bath ( we didnt bother with our first trip down to Sydney) husband has just not long had open heart surgery where he can is still getting his balance right and , i had to help him the bath to have a shower and then help him out which was worse as water had splashed all over the tiles on the floor ( only hand towels) placed both towels on tge floor so he wouldnt slip. This is so dangerous. I mention this to the girl at the desk, as this was the reason we were leaving a day early ( booked 4 , stayed 3) we just couldnt do it anymore. Not to mention they had over booked on the Saturday night and in the locked car park fir our room , I rang reception and she just said " we are over our capacity, if you cant park their go to the next locked gate." When i mentioned this to reception, she just shrugged . NEVER AGAIN !

Friendly receptionist on check in and check out. Great 1 bed roomed bure lots of space. Ample kitchen with microwave and utensils. Good size bathroom with shower over large spa bath. Pleasant garden setting. Has dinner and happy hour cocktails in restaurant. Fabulous outlook in fire pit and outside eating. Had the seafoid platter delcious great value with 8 pysters balmain bugs fish prawns and calamari and octopus chips and salad.Huge pool. Cute cave with waterfall. A great relaxing stay and woukd recommend it. You're doing a great job . Attentive bar staff too.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, good amenities, great location.

Compared to our previous stays this would have to be the most disappointed i have been. Couldnt use spa in room as water sprayed out of the spa up walls. Second shower leaked through into wardrobe where my bags and clothes where. It wet the carpet and soaked into my bags and wet the stuff in my bags and i didnt notice until the day before we left. Continued load noises early in the morning and late at night. Our 2 previous stays where absolutely amazing and this is why we come back we are hoping this is just a one off.

The location was beautiful, easy walks along the beach, easy walk to the cliff top to spot the whales. Very relaxing

We have stayed a number of times as the location is unbeatable. Finally it seems that the facilities that were tired and a bit unloved are being upgraded and cared for and the place is looking great. Service from all staff was outstanding. Gardens and lawns immaculate. Rooms are modern and comfortable with excellent upgraded AV and modern bathroom. And the common areas and beach house have received much needed investment and are now inviting and vibrant. Our only disappointment besides having to return home would be the lack of a heated outdoor pool at this time of year. The winter day time temps were beautiful and we enjoyed the outdoor lagoon pool but we recall the water dragon pool was heated last time we visited but this time it wasn’t and was too cold to use. It’s a little thing but would have made the stay perfect.
