Location amazing! Balcony looking

The room was in extremely poor condition and not clean. Curtains were mouldy & broken, roller blind was fraying, window was locked shut & unable to be opened, fan in bedroom did not circulate air, thick layer of dust in the laundry, outdoor furniture was broken. Carpet was dirty and stained, walls were dirty. Maintenance never returned to unlock window with key when asked. Kitchen was not well equipped with crockery for a 3 bedroom unit. Unable to exit the complex without a key which is surely a safety issue. Thank goodness for the location.

Everything was beautiful. The view was amazing!

Thread worn carpet on stairs, the smell of cigarettes, sweat stained lounge and 20 years overdue for a reno. This accommodation was not worth the high price. The only thing it had going for it was the waterfront outlook.

We stayed during a heat wave with the bedroom ceiling tapping continuously which was tortuous all might. There was aircon in the lounge room but it would not reach the bedroom. We arrived early Friday and we were allowed in early which was much appreciated but the reception closed at 5 pm and didn't open very much over the weekend so we endured a pretty uncomfortable weekend. Reception staff were helpful.

The room was excellent and the view was awesome

Die Küche ist grundsätzlich normal ausgestattet. Was mir fehlte war eine grosse Pfanne zum Pasta kochen. Teppich im Schlafzimmer ist alt, die Möbel grundsätzlich etwas abgenutzt. Die ganze Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte renoviert werden. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar und es hat eine separate private Dachterrasse. Ebenfalls hat es Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner im Apartment. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und der Zugang zum Strand ist ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür. Das Bier ist 10-15 Gehminuten entfernt und dort gibt es auch einige Geschäfte nach rechts ist der Hafen. Dort hat es auch einige Geschäfte aber ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig und nicht viel los.

Clean and tidy room

The property is a little out dated but the location is excellent. You need to go grocery shopping and stock up the fridge and pantry with your essential items as eating out for every meal will cost you an arm and a leg. Don’t expect room service as these are units that you lease. We had the corner room overlooking the marina and the beach. Great spot to go swimming, fishing and all the tours and activities are walkable distance. The pool was lovely and a favourite of the kids. I personally enjoyed the fishing off the rocks in front of the marina and the locals are all extremely friendly and happy to have a chat. Definitely going back.

With easy access to the waterfront and restaurants, this is a lovely place to stay. The staff were friendly.

Overall very good value for money. One problem with parking when an entitled person who was visiting took my spot. The person she was visiting entertained a lot - late at night. Didn’t enjoy listening to her loud opinions. I think I was just unlucky with that. Break free was great and staff bent over backwards to support me. I would happily stay there again. Loved being right on the beach. Thanks Break Free!

Absolutely stunning sea view from our apartment. Very clean and tidy but very, very tired. Really needs to be repainted and bought up to date. No settee in the living room just individual wooden Ikea chairs. I loke to sit next to my partner not 3 foot away from him. Glass in the shower had glass cancer and a hole in the door thst had been filled in and the bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart. Apart from that, the apartment was situated in a great place, close to the marina complex. Was quiet and tidy.
