The management were very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel special.

Any communication had to be by phone as they were not at resection most of the time. TV didn’t work but they got it going the next day for us with technical support. Last night we decided to have a frozen dinner. Microwave kept overheating and cutting out every 2 minutes. Shower floor needed a good scrub.

The property manager was very helpful with tourist information and also helpful in giving us a late checkout. The pool was lovely but water temperature was very hot.

It was just enjoyable like i was at home.

The property had proper kichen with full size oven and hot plates . Full size fridge,well appointed equipment and even a dishwasher and coffee machine. Had its own wahing machine and dyer Only downfall was poor internet and phone service. However, this could be from telstra working in the are?

Close to all amenities

Overall the accommodation is very good, not exceptional. The owner was very kind and accommodating, She stayed to see that arrived and checked me in, I was detained at the airport because my luggage was missing therefore I could not obtained transportation everything was closed at the airport once passengers retrieved their luggage, the airport was empty right after, even taxi could not confirm pickup, someone who works at the TSA realized on her way to her car she gave me a lift to the resort, that I was relieved and grateful. The owner next day also drove me to the airport as she was to pick up someone, so that I could get my luggage that did arrive with the first flight and also get the rental car that I could not pick up because the rental office was also closed right after the plane offload passengers luggage. It's raining when I arrive so the apt smell the damp however I would maintain the place adequately provided, clean towers, soap bar, through no shampoo, laundry machine and dryer working good, did not use the dishwasher, nor most of the kitchen equipment. Overall. I rate the place very good.

Close to shop and cable beach and close to bus stop and restaurants. For the cost I though that the unit could have been a little cleaner.

easy parking and close to benches

I really liked the prettiness of the resort. It was geared towards families and everyone was able to relax and enjoy themselves. The pool and privacy of all the chalets made it extra relaxing.

Broome beach resort is close to cable beach and the restaurants there. It has a lovely cafe across the road. It’s on the explorer bus route to get into town easily if you don’t have a car. The unit was comfortable with all you need to cook and wash clothes. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and clean. There are BBQs on site which we did use. We stayed in a one bed unit with ensuite bathroom. There is a couch, tv, table and chairs in the open plan kitchen/dining area. There was a small patio and table outside to sit. It was a pleasant stay.

Great location in cable beach. Yes its dated and a toilet at the pool would be nice, but it provides what is required for a self contained short stay. If staying longer than a couple of days you will need to shop, as it comes with next to nothing. Not even salt and pepper.

Everything was great, staff were very helpful, we enjoyed the pool, great location too.

Excellent location, room and kitchen very clean and overall a great place to stay.

Loved the tropical gardens, the poolside area, the close proximity to Cable Beach and various eateries.The only downfall of the property was the fact that the interior of the rooms are in need of an upgrade, with issues such as the dryer being hung crookedly and permanent staining on the bathroom vanity area.For the money we paid, we would expect that such defects would be absent.

Broome Beach Resort is close to Cable Beach, Zanders, Divers Tavern, Bus stop and not on the main road - good location, basic accommodation. Small quiet complex Staff are very friendly. Did not realise that soap, shampoo and toilet rolls not supplied therefore had to buy some

Not 5 star, but we knew that. However the unit was spacious and had a dishwasher and full size fridge plus a washing machine and dryer, so great for a week or longer. The resort was walking distance to Cable Beach and the bus to town was out the front. There was a store nearby for meals, coffee and extras. Many thanks to management for allowing us into our unit early after a morning flight from Perth and for alerting us to some left property which they agreed to forward on. We will definitely be back.

Good location, bus stops for the Broome Explorer bus just outside the accommodation. Accommodation was spacious and very clean
