House keeping failed to clean our room when requested to do so. No teaspoons in the room with tea/coffee making amenities. Reception staff were helpful and courteous. Overall a basic stay hotel close to shopping centre and good off street parking

Room was clean, would stay here again

Pro: The mattress and bed linens were quite nice and very comfortable. I intentionally selected a hotel with a restaurant and bar because I knew I would be exhausted and would just want to sit for an easy dinner.... nope... restaurant isn't opened on Sundays. No mention of this before or after booking. They sent a message (after booking) that a number of hotel features were not available, like pool, etc. but no mention of the restaurant/bar being closed. The pool and gym or something said "closed for renos", ours been like that for a long time with no evidence of renos underway. It's always something with this place. Bathroom was moldy with black and pink mold. Holes and tears in carpet. Heaps of stuff just overdue for replacement. Ok if you just need a place to sleep. Regardless, it's certainly not worth the price point. Coffee at breakkie the worst cuppa I've ever had.

Room clean, compfortable, was not advised on check in no room service restaurant closed, definitely not upto a 4 star Hotel.

The staff were accommodating and helpful during my two night stay. The room was quite spacious, entirely pleasant and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. There was marked grouting in the shower but other than that the room was spotlessly clean (drapes, skirting boards, surfaces etc). I would happily be a returning quest when I am next in the area. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Nice area to stay.

Not suitable for older people. No cooking facility in the apartment. Dining room closed for the whole time we were there.

No bar/restaurant as advertised! Very noisy room - no attempt at noise cancelling! Tiny towels!! Cheap without the cheerful … shabby without the chic … definitely not going back - ever!!

Worst Breakfast I had in my whole life. We only had for day one.

This is a beautiful hotel with high-quality furnishings and facilities. You would think you were at the Hilton. Would stay again.

Clean Rooms and Very good Staffs

Pool non existant, staff very rude, room had medical tape covering a hole in the skirting board and masking tape holding the carpet to the tiles. This was our 4th time staying here and will be our last. Very disappointing experience and would not recommend

Stayed here for the F1. Good value for money, carpet and amenities could be improved. Missed that we had breakfast included in our stay and had to be brought to reception which was fine but could be a bit better. Overall though a good stay and good value.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and we weren’t informed until we had already arrived at the hotel and heard other guests asking about it. That was disappointing; however, aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Walls are paper-thin - two complaints were made about neighbours having TV on until 12:30am very loud. Staff responded well - they did a good job; but not enjoyable. Highly unlikely we will stay again.
