Didn't have breakfast and the facilities were a bit untidy in the carpark with boxes and tree branches not dealt with, but apart from that it was good value for money.

Bathroom in the room wasn’t clean, mould in the shower, dust around tiles no face washers in the room you had to ask for them. Had a fire alarm at 3am one morning, no apology or communication from staff what was happening, I feel they could improve their procedures in this area. Guest attendance for safety reasons incase of a fire. Pool was out of order but apparently this has been this way for a long time. Very disappointing

Close to where we needed to be (State Basketball centre) easy drive. Clean room, no complaints. Would stay again, but would suggest accommodation in the back rooms, as located on busy roads.

Room cleanliness was ok. Bathroom handle was about to fall off. There was a fire emergency on new year’s night at 2am to 4am and the hotel did not provide any follow up information.

Stole my money and wouldn't let me stay.

Quick checkin lovely spacious room nice king size bed in quiet part of hotel with no noise from the busy roads nearby great hot shower plenty of space in bathroom there was a spa bath but we didn’t use it Plenty of parking at the rear I would stay here again

Everything was perfectly fine, except the receptionist was a bit unwelcoming; that's supposed to be the first point of contact for clients.

We were given a room on the main road side. It was very noisy until late at night and from early in the morning. Also we specifically chose this property because of the gym and pool facilities. When we went looking for the pool there was a sign on the door saying it was not available due to the recent Melbourne storms. A long term guest told me it hasn’t been available since last year and just looking at it was full of green water and only a 1/4 full with sticks and leaves in it. Then we looked inside the gym area and it was full of storage items from a couple and their child that was actully living in the gym room. It was dirty and smelly. The guy that popped out of the gym looked like a homeless hobo and told me he was dealing crack to pay for his lodging. Also in regarding to very poor security the security access door to our building was not able to be closed and was left open 24/7 for anybody to enter. This also made sleeping very difficult as any noise we heard outside our door was concerning. I discussed all these concerns with the staff member at the front desk and he really kind of denied any knowledge of the issues. He told me his manager would call me to discuss at 9am when they start work. 2 days later and still no calls or messages from this bizarre hotel to resolve my concerns with our stay. Personally I think there is some very dodgy business going on at this suburban hotel and we would never ever return due to safety, noise and straight up lack of care.
