Felt like I would of lost organs if I stayed Did not stay - and was refused a refund

Having 3 dogs, we would eventually like a ground floor room for once

False advertising at its finest.This place is an absolute dump!Theres too many bad things to type.....JUST BEWARE AND DON'T GO THERE.

Lovely staff/owners, shower completely unusable due to mould. Booked as a stay before red-eye flight, not suitable at all. Lovely staff.

Amazing staff and service

Upon arrival @ property we were horrified at the state of the outside. It looked like a prison, dirty & unkept. I wouldn’t let my dogs go in there. Therefore we didn’t even go in & decided to look at alternative accomodation even though we weren’t able to get a refund from them. I’d rather forfeit $ than step foot in the place.

Pretty much what I expected after reading reviews. Nothing flash but serves a purpose- room itself was clean.

No frills, not modern, but has air conditioning, warm shower, and a clean bed.

It was close to esplanade. It was tiny rooms and cost too much for one night. Dirty soap left in shower cubical toilet seat up? If Cleaned at all. Rickety and old could do with demo and rebuild!

Stayed here 15 yrs ago. Its aged badly sunce then and has that "run down" look and feel.

Absolutely filthy dirty a green slimy pool broken bed in short not even fit to rent by the hour

The property is old but maintened well. The only issue was cockroaches, but hard to manage in Darwin & not unreasonable to see some. Owner/Manager helpful and accommodating. Good value for the price.

Great location

for a budget hotel, it was basically OK. close to the city and easy to get to. The unit itself was poorly maintained compared to other hotels I have stayed in. very poor parking facilities, 25 units and only 5 off road spaces. bed was very uncomfortable.

Been told there will be charges for our dogs even though Expedia said no fees, no surprises on arrival. Been told to take our dogs outside of the property to do their business which we respectfully did. Then asked again whilst outside of the property, to take our dogs to the nearest park even though we had poo bags ready on us. Paid cash extending another night and was owed $10 change. And when I said just give it to me later since we see each other everyday, Waited for me to be fully packed, outside of the yard, double checking keys and gate card "were"actually in the Dropbox to return my $10 change. Everywhere was dirty and unpleasant. We had no blankets, very uncomfortable beds and the whole atmosphere was a true let down. We will never stay at the cornucopia "budget" resort ever again.

Very nice. Cheap. Friendly manager. I am happy with the rooms.
