Wasn't sure what to expect as the price wasn’t it was Grand Final weekend. The room was neat, the shared bathroom was tidy, for how close it in the CBD it was quiet and I felt save and comfortable. Management was excellent, allowed me to leave my bag there while ai explored the city after check out. It was an easy and fun trip. 7 11 around the corner and Kabab shop right across the road. I recommend this highly amd I will book again.

Shared facilities (toilet, shower, etc) which was not stated and only 1 x of each available to use! Room was a hot box with no ventilation, only a fan (very stuffy). No way of getting in for late check in (had to wait until someone entered or exited the building...wasnt impressed

Absolutely awful. I stayed long enough to book accommodation somewhere else then got the hell out of there. I've stayed at some crummy places before but this was the only place I haven't felt safe. How this place is allowed to operate is beyond me

Had no idea when booking a double room, that it was a double room in a 4 bedroom apartment. Although you can lock your own room, staying in an apartment with junkies is really not what I had in mind when I booked! Woke up to a knife literally sticking into the kitchen bench. The bathroom was disgusting too. Would never shower in it and didn't realise I'd booked a shared bathroom accommodation by the description. Thank god it was one night only stay!

It is a accomodation good for young backpackers. The room with only windows to the corridor ist not what i would like. And in the kitchen are no forks at all.

Booked 6 months before our weekend in Melbourne, had all the confirmations but when we went to check in... No record of our booking and no rooms left!!!! This was during the formula 1 weekend where Melbourne was virtually booked out, coincidence? I don't think so

Four rooms in one apartment. Old, only one towel for 5 days (had to buy some), no tv, no window, no cleaning, noisy. Way overpriced at $235/night. It's not worth more than no service shared facility hostel accom at about $100/night.

Very poor quality broken doors and handles nightmare to check in dirty dishes in kitchen Will not be back I suggest going elsewhere worst place iv ever stayed Had to call them countless times to get my deposit back and took over 2 weeks to get it

Wayy overpriced and underwhelming. This 2 bit chit hole is an apparent with locks on bedroom doors. It was not clean or safe. Save your money go elsewhere. A few more dollars will see you comfortable in your own kitchen, bathroom, living area. Total rip off!

Not what expected, The advert didn't really clearly state the condition of the room and didn't really state it was a random room in an apartment, only stayed 1 of 2 nights, I left to go somewhere else.

The check in process was very difficult. There is no front desk. You can’t access the building without a code or badge so we had to call hotels.com and the property phone number. We were told to enter a certain code and then the lady yelled at us demanding to know how we got that code. Then she yelled at her son the whole time we were checking in. I finally interrupted and asked if we should just go somewhere else since they were so upset we were there!

Cheap option for a single night in the city. Staff was terrible and spent the whole time on the phone while checking in. As facilities are shared they can get dirty quickly, when I checked in bathroom was clean but after another guest used it there was water and mess everywhere. Not the hotels fault but something for guests to be aware of
