The need to go upstairs to the third floor when I arrived at 1am was quite taxing.

great for the price. Just over a one kilometre walk to shops and a great Thai food dine in and takeaway.

This room had only one cup, one plate, one glass for the two of us.no spoons, cuttery, plates or bowls I am sure they were happy they got our money for two people staying. The picture didnt reflect to room.

The property is dated but clean. Well done to Filipino housekeeping for maintaining the area. Props also to Irene the receptionist. Very accommodating and kind

Not good at all

Very comfortable but needs a lot of fixing up door to the bedroom & bathroom came off. It appears to be very old.

The surrounds were very old and run down. The room was very nice and clean. I would stay there again

It was at a subhuman standard for a place that talks themselves up so much on the web. Pathetic

The gardens were fabulous and pool area was well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Seems like a old property but it’s clean

Older buildings, dated amenities, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Fully secure car park suggests issues in the local area. Have to park across footpath and exit car to put in gate code as keypad is too close to gate to do it from vehicle.

This property has check-in for only 1 hour (2-3pm) unless you contact them 72 hrs in advance. I contacted them 3 times (message & phone) on different days regarding check-in as well as a ground floor room (a family member was having great difficulty with stairs) with no response until 1hour prior to check-in. When I travel and explore I do not want a strict timeline - lack of communication is not acceptable. We were given a 3rd floor room with flights of stairs! The room was very cramped & no chairs. The bathroom fan made an intermittent loud how could not be turned off from my room. The office was closed at 2:45 so I called the mobile manager - she said so sorry but nothing could be done regarding the fan since it was the weekend. I suspect the fan was controlled in an adjacent room as it was switched off around 9:30pm and resumed about 8:30am. There were broken towel racks and no place for one of the bedside lamps to plug in. There was a power strip on top of the refrigerator with a couple of available spot sfor charging devices. Cigarette smoke drifted into the room whenever the door opened. The property looks as though it was rental apartments that have been somewhat converted to hotel This was definitely one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in Australia.

Clean, safe & comfortable apartment.

The apartment has the basics needed to prepare meals. Security is good and the hot water is nice and hot. The location is handy to the airport, but you need a car as the place is not close to the city. The apartment needs a thorough renovation to update the inside. Some light switches are in odd places, there is a lack of power points, the tiles all need to be updated and some of the roller doors didn't work. Further while we stayed there the internet dropped out and then was off for 3 days and there was no wifi password provided in the paperwork sent before arrival!!

The property is quite dated. More like an up market backpackers. It was clean and spacious with A/C. 2 flights of stairs however and a lift to the second floor is needed for disability access and heavy lugguage. A ground floor unit would have been preferable.

Not the best for the price, very hot room. Asked for a quiet room and was next to an apartment block and people under me were having a birthday party. Very hot room, fan in bedroom didn't work and AC didn't work well. Very hot night, could not sleep. Just needed to rest.
