Coolum Beach Resort

Room was clean. Great location to the beach and local shops, staff very friendly. Undercover car parking a bonus. Will be back .

this property could not be better located for easy access to all of the beach and shopping activities of coolum. and the managers are just soo wonderful. they were so kind and friendly. making my stay very special. the room was so comfortable and had everything that i needed.

Lovely modern apartment close to the beach, had washing machine and dryer which was a bonus.

Very steep stairs in no 9. This should be made known to potential guests.

Room 21 - Mr Nardella Stayed 1 week. No issue with the property or staff all great. Pool/ Spa fantastic. However - Was refused service twice by the Greek Restaurant on two seperate nights even though they had 2 single tables available telling me they were too busy to serve me. Terrible attitude from the owners wife. Nasty person. Being a Master Builder up from Melbourne inspecting a property for a client I’m used to Lamb on Chapel a Melbourne institution. I ended up eating next door twice at Foxys and highly recommend food and service. Stay away from the Greek Restaurant. Although they advertised a free bottle of wine to all guests staying at this hotel - they wouldn’t even seat me. Terrible service and attitude towards a solo traveler. Unfortunately I Would not stay at this Hotel again due to this experience. I am a builder in Melbourne who flys all over Australia staying in hotels hired to inspect property’s for potential purchasers. Terrible experience at this Greek restaurant- # never again.

Fantastic spot for a family smack in the heart of Coolum. Staircase no elevator is the only issue we had.

Great spa and pool facility, great access to the beach and shops, great gift vouchers included to the restaurant and massage.

I thought that the concrete steps leading down to the garage were dangerous when wet - possibly leading to someone slipping and damaging themselves..... Otherwise, all OK.

I loved the whole thing but stairs a problem with my husband who has parkinsons….staff were so accommodating and put us in a first floor apartment which helped but needs to be put into website (Ithink)

We had a fantastic staay, due to lockdown the keys were delivered in a way that required no contact in an envelope with a lovely letter, the room was beautiful and the complex was in an ideal position. Would highly recommend the lovely spot staffed by lovely people!

i liked the pools&spa. i did'nt like that there were no lifts. i liked the handiness to shops also.

Fantastic location right next to the beach and all the restaurants and cafe's that Coolum has to offer. Staff were very friendly and approachable and the apartment was very comfortable.

Great location, staff was friendly!! Arrived after midnight easy to locate apartment keys with clear instruction. However When we arrived all balcony doors were open and apartment was filled with smoke from lower balconies which wasn’t pleasant and was difficult to sleep. Found the fact you had to pay for toilet paper a bit odd....

We loved the location just steps away from the beach and local shops and heaps of Eating choices. The shops were also user friendly and very reasonably priced. Lots of Markets nearby and tourist attractions were also within a half an hour. The double bed in the second bedroom could do with a new mattress as is a bit dippy in the middle.
