Discovery Parks - Lane Cove

The description and reviews were misleading. Going by the pictures I assumed the river was closer to the park . Not mentioned that you have to drive to get there . How anyone can say it's peaceful when it is in the direct flight path of planes going over constantly . I was very underwhelmed .

Fantastic place to stay in Sydney. Great location and access to public transport. Beautiful bush surroundings in the middle of the city. Well worth the visit.

Great atmosphere, neighbours are quiet. Great local wildlife experience and access. This was our 2nd visit. Will definitely be back again.

nice park just within a few minutes from the city centre. Price is reasonable and rooms were clean and adequate.

Clean and spacious

A beautiful quiet park, close to public transport. We loved our stay.

Amenities, location 15 minutes to the city by Metro Train. National Park meets the city.

Public transportation is bit far away, lacking room cleanliness, short of amenities like tea bags and sugar.

The staff were fantastic and our cabin was spotless.

Turned up at 2:30 half an hour after check in was available and had to wait 30 minutes before could even check in because front desk had to send someone to check if the cabin was ready and clean Once checked in and arrived at the cabin it was filthy mould everywhere cobwebs floor walls filthy dusty Overall was a good place to stay and quiet cabins just need a really good clean

Beautiful area lots of Birdlife, room was clean and had all we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed overall we were happy being there and would return

Great location right in Sydney, stayed one night and would definitely stay again. The cabin was comfortable and clean.

Sand and wood chips on bunks, dusty on blinds, skirting and sills. Pillows flat and uncomfortable.

I booked a cabin 4 myself and my family the cabin we stayed in had large amounts of mold on walls ceiling and also on the sheets that where left in the room for us to make the beds with ( i thought it was odd we had to make the beds ourselves) I'm guessing they didn't want to touch the sheets themselves eather. Spiders, cobwebs, generally dirty, dirt swept into a corner of the shower. I do have photos of all items listed above and happy to foward them on also.
