Our new ocean view room was fantastic with views to the freycinet mountains, just a few steps and your toes are in the water and sands. The food at the restaurant was superb, and the breakfast was generous. A little out of Coles Bay so it was very quiet, and the laundry was perfect to wash the hiking gear.

We stayed in one of the studio rooms for a night at On the Edge of the Bay Resort and had such a great time. The location is amazing — our window looked straight out onto the beach, and we even spotted a little wallaby right outside. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was pretty special.
The staff were all super friendly and easy to deal with, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s a perfect spot for exploring Wineglass Bay and the nearby vineyards. Would happily stay here again!

Fantastic! The room was spacious and well appointed, right on the beach. The included breakfast was to irder off the menu with fresh and interesting options. And the staff were all helpful and friendly. Great place!

We loved our four night stay at the Edge of the Bay resort. The view from our ocean suite room looked like a postcard and everyone from the GM (Isaac) to the Maitre’d (Sam), Breakfast Manager (Jamie) and waitstaff (Angela and Andrea) were super friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great and we enjoyed a great three course dinner with a bottle of wine at the restaurant one evening for only $150 which was excellent value considering the quality of the food, the great service and beautiful Jews of the ocean and mountains. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful location looking over to the Hazards. The breakfast was excellent and included if you stay in a Studio unit. Very friendly staff. Couldn't fault it. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided guidance on local restaurants and hiking the trail to Wineglass Bay. Our stay was brief but lovely. The view from our suite was amazing. Only downside was that the WiFi was not working but we made due- who needs WiFi with such a beautiful view.

WiFi is no where to be found except for their own business titled WiFi. Toaster is missing and kettle has a rusting boiler surface. Restaurant is closed which did not sync WITH the website. This nearly starved me after I arrived near 5 pm and have yet to have any meal since 8 am.. had to google for nearest F&B outlet which is not matching to my expectation as restaurant but had to make do with it for my hungry stomach .

The unit was wonderfully positioned with water views through a wall of glass then onto the private balcony overlooking native vegetation down to the water's edge.
The sunrise was spectacular through this window, and the sunset was similarly beautiful through the restaurant's windows. Our meal at Lure Wine Bar & Restaurant was really memorable, tasty, perfectly cooked, vegetables hot and delicious. Staff service was excellent, local wines complimented the meal.
