The Restaurant Food was very enjoyable.5* for the Savoury Mince at Breakfast. The Prawn Linguini was very nice - a little oily but will be back for another serve.
A relaxed atmosphere and tremendous staff.
My room rather small had all the comforts found in hotel rooms. Small fridge was OK except full of minibar items which I never use in any hotel.Little tubs of milk are of a bygone era. There are better options. Very clean room, bed and pillows very comfortable. Enjoyed nice hot showers.

The location is great, close to convenience store & city centre. For the room, I love the big comfy bed & very big mirror on the table & adjustable light & cold air-conditioner. However, I hate small annoying sounds in the room that I don't know if it comes from air-conditioner or other things in the room.

Very central for access for cbd. Easy to walk to Southbank and the botanical gardens.
The room was very small but adequate and clean. The walls were so thin I could hear my neighbours’ conversations, I didn’t dare turn on the tv for fear of disturbing them.

Stains on the pillow case and face towel was a turn off. The walls are paper thin. I could hear every single word the people next door were saying. The noise kept me awake. Air conditioning is too noisy. I saw
some one commenting on the noisy air conditioniner on a different review platform, but I didn’t think it was this bad. Good location, but I think I might pay more for a cleaner and quieter stay

The property is centrally located within 5 minutes' walking distance of the city center and Queen Street Mall. There are plenty of bus services available nearby. The staff is also very cooperative and accommodating of your request. The only downside is the room size and the age of the building. The room is VERY small and not at all ideal for a family.
