Staff where amazing, however the room could do with someone using so warm water and soap to clean down every surface including walls and doors

バストイレが共用なのは最初からわかっていたので他の宿泊者の水着の忘れ物とか仕方ない。ホテルのせいではない。 備品はシャンプー、リンスなど個別なものが部屋にあり、お茶はもちろんビスケットまでおいていてくれました。バーのレジがフロントがわり。下のバーが遅くまでやっているので夜11時くらいに次の日の電車について聞きに行った時も親切に教えてくれてありがたかったです。 毎朝5時ぐらいに外ですごい音がするのでなんだろうと思っていたらチェック　アウトの日に多分清掃車か何かを見たのでこれだと思いました。朝5時なんて早くないですか？　これもホテルのせいではありません。 シドニーの中心地からはやや離れていましたが、ハーストビル駅からはすぐでしたし、空港には近く、駅周辺はフードコートなどもあったので夕飯には困りませんでした。古いホテルですが、値段が安い割には良かったです。

Hotel is in an excellent location in Hurstville, I occupied the room with small private bathroom which includes just a tiny wash basin no real outside view from only window in the room and reasonably good shower. Lots of other rooms along a long corridor are not entirely sound proof, could hear other arrivals conversations at times whilst commencing my sleep. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits bathroom soaps. Fair value for money

Great room for the price. It was close to the bus and train line. I would book here again.

The room I was originally in had no tv remote and aircon wasn't cooling. Queen bed was comfier, single bed hard and has large holes in the end of base. Then I was upgraded to another room. When enquired about aircon, overnight staff assisted well. Staff were lovely and helpful.

There was no airport shuttle

You can’t check in till 10am, but once we did it was really good.

The staff was great, the room was as advertised....and spotless with all kinds of toiletries, coffee & kettle set up and a TV. Super comfortable bed and a short train ride to the airport! Also, the attached restuarant and gaming parlor had great food and nice people! I'll stay again! Say 'Hi" to Dean and the folks at the bar.

The room was terrible. The room was very small in size, and the decor was in a poor state and appeared very overdue for refurbishment. The bed was up against the window with the curtains touching the pillows! The bed mattress was worn and lumpy and springs creeked every time I moved in it. There was very little room around the bed to move about. The en-suite door didn’t close meaning there was no privacy when using the toilet and the steam from the shower filled the room when it was used as there was no extractor fan to get rid of steam and smells. The en-suite basin was so small you couldn’t really use it for much other than cleaning your teeth. There was constant noise all through the night from inside and outside the hotel meaning I didn’t get any sleep at all. On checking the rooms again on your website, none of the pictures showed the room we were given as all the rooms being shown had beds against a windowless wall with plenty of room around them. That was the sort of room we were expecting to be given. I am very surprised Expedia (Hotel.com) would even be offering this hotel as the poor state of the room doesn’t inspire me to use this service again if this is the standard of establishment you offer nowadays.

Great position for an easy walk to westfield and to get something to eat,The Staff were excellent very courteous and understanding and i will be coming back again

The staff were amazing, particularly Brodie. We had to change rooms for to aged parents and he was so accommodating and understanding. Waitress staff were also friendly, quick

For the nightly rate it was exactly what I expected. Comfortable, clean and safe. Super friendly and helpful staff. Plus the food is good too in the pub.

The sraff were awesome, the food very good. The rooms are a little dated but claen. If your looking for somewhere close to tge city at a reasonable price this is it.
