Excellent motel, great staff. Highly recommended

Room wasnt cleaned thoroughly. Bathroom wall (next to toilet) was yuck, as was the freezer. Several small stains on sheets also but room itself was lovely.

Arrived early the lady was helpful booking us in, room was very nice and clean we didn’t use the AC had all the usual stuff a toaster kettle plates microwave and fridge large room, parking was out front of room.

Room was clean , bed linen lovely our only complaint was when we the lack of info available from check in staff, & bath towels were thin with tattered edges. The heating was great, and having chairs to sit on in room was a treat.

Motel easy to find & On the highway Was able to book a doggy friendly room. Staff on the phone was very helpful allowing us to arrive after office hours Good parking for our trailer & 4WD Nice big fridge Very clean room and lovely hot shower

Cute decor, English themed

Whilst the lady was very kind, the room itself was pretty bad, it smelt so strongly of animal urine all throughout the room and moldy. The smell was so bad that I couldn’t sleep well, needing all windows open in autumn/winter. Wouldn’t stay again unfortunately because of the smell and some little things had been missed in the clean (cutlery, face washer etc).

The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The location is beautiful. It was a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again.

great place to stay

The property was fine for a one night stopover as a single traveller. The room was clean and tidy, although getting old and overdue for some renovation. The bed was quite comfortable. Limited dinner options nearby.

Good things / cheaper than down the road in Tamworth - but this town not big in facilities need to got to main town for rsl / major eaterys ect . Room 9 had comfy double bed - masive tv that gets sky regiinal ( has high definition channels unlike lithgow hotel which had shoe box tv ) air con excellent working condition- only thing to criticize maybe shower had mediam water pressure ,was ok ....parking outside had no painted on driveway / no guessing or pushing in on my no 9 room . Being late Saturday office not open but found keys and sunday am still not open but left keys in box so no dramas ( thats why put average for staff ,didnt see them but worked ) bathroom shower head droopy leaky were nuts get tightened but acceptable/ overall if want quiet out of town feel ,was nice to stay....

Small property but nice and quiet and clean!

Unfortunately this hotel is past its prime. Rooms are musty and carpets,tiles and paint all need to be updated to remove musty smell. They have started upgrading some rooms but all need to be done. The price of upgraded rooms is not worth extra price in this location.

A few of the rooms are a bit tired, but there are some that have been renovated, but they are clean and have everything i need for a few days, and very reasonably priced. I go down from the Gold Coast to visit my dad in aged care, so i just need a clean bed, nice shower, and facilities to make a cuppa and toast, so it ticks all the boxes for me.
