Big room, clean, helpful staff, lovely bathroom amenities, not too far from free tram, walking distance to shopping area, the Parliament and beautiful Park

A good size room a 1 bedroom apartment ! Some cooking facilities although I didnt use them! Comfy bed! I paid extra for breakfast but when I checked in he said I couldn’t have breakfast until 9 am which didnt suit as I was leaving then! Lift’s were really dirty!

Was a good stay, only issue was we didnt get the room I booked and had to wait for room to be finished. We had to paid extra because they had to make up a sofa bed which wasn’t what I booked. I booked 1 queen and 2 twin bed room and got 1 double, 2 single and sofa bed. Plus the bottom sheet on double come under tucked when went to bed

Good location. Property looking tired though and the air conditioning which doubles as a heater not great. Wifi also really poor.

Good location and facilities. We opt for daily breakfast which comprised croissants, cereals, juice, yogurt and fruits delivered to our room daily. The breakfast provided was simple but good. There is a nespresso machine in the room which allow us to make coffee anytime.

It was close to all the CBD spots to visit, easily walkable or with public transport easily accessible. Woolworth's and Aldi's were in the neighborhood. Flinders Street Station was close enough. Accommodation was quite comfortable. Utensils and dishware provided were very convenient to use along with the fridge, microwave and toaster. The only issue was the smell of cigarette smoke in the mornings outside our room, not sure where it wafted up from, but was quite strong. No other complaints and would love to stay if I come back to visit again.

Comfortable beds. Very reasonable rates and in a quiet area. Staff were very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out for a few hours.

The apartment was so dirty I had to buy cleaning products and clean the bathroom before I felt comfortable using it. The cushions on the bed had stains on them and everything just felt grimy. The whole building needs serious maintenance and cleaning.

The shower head barely worked. The awful smell in the rooms smelt similar to mould. The bed was rock solid hard and awful to sleep on. Don't recommend staying here

Very expensive for the condition of the room. Dated. Ridiculous increase in price on weekend.

The room was spacious, however it had a shower over bath. Not our preference. There was also an odour in the room that would not go away no matter how hard we tried. We put a defuser in the bedroom area so we could sleep

The hotel location is fine and the room was spacious but our room on the 1st floor was very noisy from neighboring restaurants/bar at night and no privacy if the curtain is open. Our large windows was facing right at the office windows across the alley way so we were totally able to see their

WARNING SA TRIGGER I recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks, during which I encountered a highly distressing situation. After I had paid for my stay the night before, the manager mistakenly entered my room while I was sleeping, waking me in an inappropriate manner and invading my privacy (he entered my room while I was asleep and stood centimeters from my face at crotch level). Despite my discomfort, he continued to yell at me without allowing me to get dressed. When I informed other staff members about the incident, the manager reacted erratically, further escalating the situation and causing me significant stress. I reported the incident to the police and subsequently decided to leave the hotel. I hope that by sharing my experience, future female guests will be protected from similar occurrences. It is concerning to note that the manager has a history of such behavior and remains employed at the hotel.

Great location. Clean room.

Check in was easy and dining option recommendations for the area were made. Room was warm (important for the cold winter weather) and relatively quiet. Room was stocked with basics needed for a stay in an apartment.

My family and I enjoyed our stay with you. We just stayed overnight, and all of us rested comfortably in your beds. My daughter loved showering while soaking in your rub! The place was absolutely great. I will definitely book again, one day.

I am a returning visitor to this property. It is in an excellent location - very close to everything (restaurants, entertainment, cinemas, shopping, parks) but not noisy. I have stayed here three times, in different areas of the property, and haven't been disturbed at all by external noise. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in have been spacious, clean and well resourced. Happy to return again. Thank you.
