Excellent location for CBD activities. Awesome customer service and great restaurant - Georgie’s - for breakfast, drinks and dinner

Rooms were very large and comfortable. Our one bedroom suite had a full kitchen and dining area. Also washer and dryer were nice. One bathroom with a large tub and shower. Bed and couch were both comfortable and entire interior room was very clean. Only thing that was dirty were the outside windows. Breakfast was also very good, but an added on cost.

The staff at Mantra were exceptional and went above and beyond providing a birthday sign, wine and snacks as a surprise for my father's 87th Birthday.

Loved the location with a tram right out the front. Room was given fresh towels and bed made daily. Loved the kitchen and washing machine and dryer.
Unfortunately no view from our room, only a brick wall. Workers were working past our window but didn’t bother us and no noise heard

With a frontage right on George St & not any double glazed windows it was very noisy throughout the day & especially at night.
Trams, people & construction noise was heavy & quite disturbing.
Also windows did let cold air in.
Parking super expensive considering there are dedicated hotel spaces.
Room was outdated & worn & required renovation.
Kitchen was small & only able to accommodate 1 person at a time.

Great location. Very noisy room on 2nd floor. Constant tram noises and building work which we were not made aware of at time of booking.
A good base to explore Sydney with family.

We have specifically chosen this place as it's more like an apartment and not just a hotel room. Unfortunately we got a room with faulty air conditioning which after raising that several times, the answer was that all the other rooms are full and we were given a fan to sleep with. That already made my muscles cramps and the rest of the story is that a service person came the next day and fixed the aircon but that whole first day experience wasn't nice at all.

Daily service was very poor only made the bed no extra coffee and milk, bathroom was still messy, we put up a sign Do not disturb and cleaned our own room

The studio apartment wa fantastic and better than expected, staff really helpful and lovely.
Carpets outside of room need to be cleaned (inside rooms were great) didn't know that major work was being done to the outside of the building (outside my window) until I entered my room. Just closed curtains for privacy, site workers were considerate with start and finish times

Very well located property. Walkable distance to all.major spots. Good dining options around.
Staff were friendly.
Definitely go ahead with breakfast inclusive stay as it's really scrumptious at an affordable price.
Hotel does need a Reno which is underway but still well maintained.

The hotel was nice with comfortable, elegant rooms and very spacious.
Breakfast was good and it was served in style!
I gave it a 4 star because there was construction and it was very, very noisy all around. The hotel is getting a face lift. We visited during peak season.
Perhaps all the construction should have been done off season?!?!?!
Other thank having to walk around the construction site and being too noisy, everything else was great.
I would definitely recommend it but first check if they are finished with their construction project 😊

This will be a great hotel again later this uear. Just be aware that it is currently undergoing some major renovations outside which include the use of jack hammervtype equipment making it very noisy in some rooms. Also, the pool and spa are closed at this time. We complained and were, after we contacted the manager, given a different room, higher and away from the current construction side. This meant our stay started roughly but ebded up being quite enjoyable. I would recommemd this jotel once cobstruction is completed. Great location for the wharf where all the ferries leave for your day trips.

This is a great hotel, everyone is so nice and very helpful. Will stay there again. Disappointed the pool was under construction and we were not advised.
